I really liked Slovakia as a country for an excellent active winter holiday. We went there on the recommendation of friends. They also recommended the hotel - it was the second time we stayed there. Quite a convenient location of the hotel, its atmosphere and friendly staff did not leave us indifferent. Not disappointed, everything went great! Quick registration of the tour, control at all stages of the holiday and, most importantly, constant communication with the manager, which made it possible to instantly resolve all issues.

The hotel is beautiful, located near the snow-covered forest, like in a fairy tale. The staff is responsive, polite, cheerful and hospitable. Any requests are immediately fulfilled. Our apartment was just amazing! Duplex, with two bedrooms, a living room and a terrace with stunning mountain views! ! And also - huge panoramic windows - just super! The living room is very comfortable, there is a fireplace and a large plasma. The bedrooms have comfortable beds with good linens. The bathroom is equipped with everything you need, plenty of towels, hygiene products. There were no problems with hot water or heating. In addition, the room also had a mini-bar, safe, iron, equipped kitchenette, dining area. All in all, it's a great deal for the price! Cleaning was good and regular. Breakfast with a pretty good selection of products - sausage, cheeses, toast, pâ té s, pastries, fruits. Wifi worked well. The hotel has a sauna and outdoor jacuzzi - we used it often after skiing. Not far from the nearest slopes (we rented a car). Also, there are many cafes and restaurants nearby. I would recommend this hotel! !

I visited the hotel as part of an info tour. It consists of nine houses. Near the cable car station. Great for big companies! There is everything for a wonderful pastime. I didn’t give ten points because not all houses have balconies on the upper floors.
