The receptionist is Ilya from Moscow, who hates Ukrainians. When we checked in, it was on him, seeing our passports, he was skewed. And it started, he took the money for a tourist tax for the day we didn’t get (we stood at the border for 5 hours and drove instead of 12-14 hours 22 hours, so the paid day was gone), they asked us to at least feed, in response there was a refusal and phrase: “We thought you wouldn’t come at all” (nothing that the room was paid for 5 days) Yes, we are from Ukraine, yes, we have a war, why shouldn’t we come? In fact, usually the hotel calls and clarifies if the guest is delayed.

In fact, usually the hotel calls and clarifies if the guest is delayed. The socket and extractor hood did not work in the room in the toilet, a light bulb burned out a little later, our requests to replace the room or screw in the light bulb were ignored with promises: “they called the electrician, ” but the electrician never came. Two days later, a beautiful girl Edita was at the reception, who simply took a light bulb and screwed it in.
There was also another girl at the reception, also very responsive and good, as well as the girls who clean the rooms and lay in the restaurant, good and attentive. But this Ilya dishonors the good staff of the hotel, dishonors and underestimates the rating of the hotel itself, dishonors the Slovak rating against the background of the European one, we have something to compare with, we have seen many European countries as tourists. We explained to him that you can’t behave like this with guests, I hope the owner of the hotel or the person making the decision will see this review. We liked everything in Bratislava and in the botel, except for the unsuitable Ilya. He behaves impudently, not politely, from the position of the owner, not a pleasant type.

For the convenience of moderators - the hotel website: http://www. botel-gracia. sk/ We went to Slovakia for the first time, we didn’t really know anything about the country or the capital, so we relied on booking in choosing a hotel. We chose a budget hotel in the center, with positive reviews, parking and Wi-Fi access.

We went to Slovakia for the first time, we didn’t really know anything about the country or the capital, so we relied on booking in choosing a hotel. We chose a budget hotel in the center, with positive reviews, parking and Wi-Fi access. When we stumbled upon "Grace", we were simply fascinated!
The hotel is really very cute and quirky.
The former ship is tightly welded to the shore, so on the one hand there is no "sickness", and on the other hand there is a complete feeling of a cruise along the Danube. You look out of the window - right under you the water is rapidly flowing.
The hotel is located in the very central part of the Bratislava embankment and the historical center of the city begins right across the road. A wonderful view of both the city and the Danube with its bridges, boats and green banks.
The room is quite modest, but not "tired", very clean and comfortable. The standard includes a double bed, a table, chairs, bedside tables, a wardrobe and a folding sofa-baby. The bathroom is tiny, but excellent plumbing, sterile cleanliness and all sorts of little things like shampoos, shower gel and wipes.
The breakfast was simply amazing - for such a modest hotel, it was simply unexpectedly tasty and varied.
Service is beyond praise. The staff are friendly, speak good English and try their best to help in all matters.
Night stay for two (with breakfast) -56 euros.
Parking on weekdays -5 euros, on weekends - free of charge.
Of the minuses - in the summer there will be a lack of air conditioning.
