TandemTravelers : Lovely Night Ljubljana
After resigning ourselves to the problem of the lack of brakes and the impossibility of changing the bushing in the field, we decided to get to the nearest railway station and take the train to Ljubljana, hoping to find help in the big city.
We arrived in the capital of Slovenia at 9 pm and realized that we could not find any help or registration today. After standing in front of the closed luggage room of the railway station, after that they were able to leave their things for storage at the bus station. It was decided to explore the night Ljubljana, because it was a pity to leave without seeing the capital.
And they did it right. Ljubljana enchanted us with its beauty, tranquility and simplicity. Its streets resembled Italy, which we are used to seeing in films. The Ljubljanica River runs through the center of the city, as if dividing it into two parts.
Romantic embankments and magnificent bridges. Along Ljubljanica, on the embankments designed by Jož e Pleč nik, there are many small, quiet cafes and bars where it is nice to chat with friends against the backdrop of beautiful views. Everyone will find something for themselves. We couldn’t calculate the average check, as the variety of establishments was amazing, from expensive restaurants to budget, but colorful pubs.
There were a lot of places we wanted to go. But the night prevented us, everything was closed. We wandered around the city, marveling at the youth and tourists. They, like the establishments on the waterfront, are very diverse.
By 4 am we were back at the station.
There was still 1.5 hours before the opening of the storage room. It turned out to sleep on a bench at the stations is very convenient, but you need to take something to hide)?
