We stayed at this hotel from 21 to 25 August. I can say that everything is very modest, but clean and tidy. A double room with breakfast when booking online cost us 100 singobaks per day. We booked directly on their website, we were satisfied: in the evening we sent a request, in the morning a confirmation was already waiting in the mail.

A double room with breakfast when booking online cost us 100 singobaks per day. We booked directly on their website, we were satisfied: in the evening we sent a request, in the morning a confirmation was already waiting in the mail. Money was not debited from the card and nothing was frozen, they only warned that if we change our mind about coming, we must notify us 72 hours in advance, otherwise the hotel will charge the cost of 1 night.
The journey from Changi by taxi cost 21 syngodollars and took about half an hour.
Robertson Quay is located on the embankment of the same name, in a very pleasant place - quiet and comfortable, despite the proximity to the center. Two entrances: the usual one, to the reception desk, and for people with disabilities, which leads directly to a small lobby where breakfasts are served (the menu of which, by the way, does not indulge in variety: soy sausages, beans, scrambled eggs, rice and toast every day day : )).
Friendly staff at the reception, a terminal nearby (a video guide that gives you useful information about Singapore; free of charge), and three computers with internet that you can use (for an additional fee).
The room is tiny, but it seemed cozy to us: diffused light that allows you to relax, a large bed, a table, a comfortable mirror, a chair, a locker, shelves. Air conditioning, hair dryer, kettle, cups, a few reference books. A large semicircular window with a low wide window sill, on which it is comfortable to sit, a beautiful view of the river, in the evening everything is lit with multi-colored lights. The bathroom, however, is microscopic, the shower area is not even separated from the rest, with a sink and toilet. The floor is completely flooded and the water subsequently flows into the hole itself, still leaving moisture underfoot. They clean every day, and very carefully, towels and linen are changed regularly, consumables like gels / shampoos / bath caps are monitored, they did not experience a lack of anything.
The pool is small, obviously not designed for sports, but just to cool off on a hot day. It is located on the third floor, which allows you to look at the surroundings from its platform, it is open for swimming from 10 am to 10 pm, but you can sit near it and look at the river at least all night.
In general, I can say that the hotel is worthy in terms of price / quality ratio: for small (by Singaporean standards) money, you should not expect a luxurious palace. Moreover, to stay in the city for a couple of nights, it fits perfectly, and leaves a very pleasant impression : ) After all, people go to this amazing city not to sit in a hotel at all! ; )
