These services were also indicated on the website and in the booking, as well as the star rating of the hotel. . However, in a boorish form, I was told (already after paying for the accommodation) that there were no stars, so there would be no change of towels and cleaning, or if they deigned. well, the promised and paid breakfast with a choice of 3 dishes, so they didn’t buy food. eat what they give. The fact that I was in shock - to say nothing. Why such an attitude is also not clear. They didn’t conclude an agreement with me upon check-in, they didn’t give a check for payment, they were rude, the room did not match the description, and any question or request caused a flurry of aggression from the aforementioned lady. I couldn't get my money back and move out. I didn’t want to make a fuss and didn’t come into conflict, I only spent the night in the room. However, the evening before departure was unforgettable: upon coming to the room, I saw that someone was in it. the garbage, however, was not removed and the towels were not changed, but they took the hairdryer out of the room and climbed over things. to my direct questions, I was told by the same lady in a rude manner that the people from the suite needed a hairdryer, and I would dry anyway. well, and a lot more. the neighbors from the suite were surprised, they gave me a hair dryer and they didn’t need it, judging by the conversation. but the hostess did it on purpose. why is not clear. Of course, I turned to Rospotreb because this is not a service, but some kind of horror. The owner of the building is there around the clock (almost lives), roams the corridors at night and during the day like the shadow of Hamlet's father, watches the guests, does not interfere in anything and discusses the guests behind the eyes with the hostess (I heard it myself). I feel like these people are mentally ill. After checking Rospotreb and revealed violations with the imposition of fines, they began to write threatening letters to me and send them to the registration address indicated in the passport (they made a photocopy upon check-in), thereby violating the Law on Personal Data. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. and the owners simply do not know how to do business, grabbers and scammers. they don’t pay taxes, they don’t invest in repairs and services, but they rent musty little rooms in an emergency building, posting unreliable photos of the rooms and demanding an advance payment right away, so that the client doesn’t run away. Now they are facing a check within the framework of a criminal case, since I will not let this situation with my personal data and threats to me and my family slow down.

The side is shady, so it will never be hot. True, dampness pulls from the park on rainy days, but each room has a heater, so it is always warm and dry. Having learned about our addictions, the maid immediately gave us an electric kettle to make coffee, plastic furniture to smoke quietly on the balcony, and offered us a microwave, but we didn’t need it. All this is absolutely free. The rooms, once very well finished, can no longer be considered the highest class, but a good solid three on a five-point scale for "standard". Junior suites and suites, I believe, will be more convenient. The rooms are extremely spacious, you can easily accommodate three people (there is a sofa), but the bathroom is small - there is nowhere even to install a shower tray, so there is a floor ladder, a tiny washbasin and a toilet bowl. Bathrooms were not originally provided for in the house, they had to be arranged based on realities. There is a restaurant at the hotel, but it works only during the season and not always - the low demand affects. Paradox - a place that I found, I did not meet on the Internet during a preliminary search. The clue was received already upon arrival: "Queen Louise" does not have its own website! All contacts with this hotel can only be made through intermediary firms that charge such a draconian percentage for services that it becomes scary. For example: a standard two-room apartment in the high season in Louise costs 1300 rubles per day, and on the Internet it is offered for at least 2000.700 rubles per day! Fifty percent profit - Rockefeller never dreamed of. Since my request included a precisely defined amount of 1.500 rubles per room per day, then of course: not a single site could give me the coordinates of "Louise"! But the Kranz Hotel has its own website, compiled by a professional, and that’s an unhealthy overpayment for a hotel I don’t need. Considering that we spent four more days here and were never disappointed with anything, I want to say (again, in absentia) my sincere thanks to the staff of the hotel for its such a difficult, given the conjuncture of the place, work, to which I cannot express a single complaint! very cordially and involuntarily expect claims (I myself am so crazy, I am constantly tormented: is my work done well enough by me? ). I can safely recommend the hotel for middle-aged couples who are looking for comfort and silence in their vacation, albeit not quite in the current fashion trends, to all foreign tourists passing through the Curonian Spit, couples with children, fortunately - they will find here everything they need for a relaxing holiday , and entertainment is a couple of hundred meters away on the city beach. The only thing is that I can’t recommend this hotel to youth groups who prefer not ecological tourism, but noisy holidays, like the guys in the Kranz Hotel in the attic or, if the dough is unmeasured, in Sambia.
