Receptionists are not customer oriented.
In MOS, dust is everywhere.
There is dust in the room, plumbing in the raid, not washed for more than two weeks, hair on the bed, dust on the windowsill, bathrobes are small.
The maids walk around with loose hair, textiles on carts without packaging (packages), also on carts a mess.
In general, the hotel is good, but here's what I didn't like:
-sheets laid out in the evening on the floor along all the corridors of the hotel.
-we were in the cold and, to be honest, we froze in the room, because the temperature was stable at 17 degrees, when we arrived in winter, the temperature in the room did not rise above 15 degrees, the batteries work weakly in both smoking and non-smoking rooms.
liked:
- delicious food in the restaurant (but if we were there once, maybe a little expensive, we found a wonderful cafe-restaurant "Good people" in the city (also not the cheapest) and ate there
- what I liked the most, clean blankets, pillows, mattress (specially looked under the linen) and bed linen
- no problems with water
