Visited this hotel February 22-24.2012. Chose because of the pool and did not lose. The weather was terrible - a thaw, and for this city plus holidays - a global flood, you can’t cross the street. In the first half of the day we walked around the sights, and then to the pool. It's nice to relax, swim, there is a warm jacuzzi.

Cons: Disturbed by noise from the restaurant late in the evening. There was no refrigerator in the room - not allowed.
Booking was easy - just a phone call, no advance payment.

Good afternoon. I traveled with my family in February. I really liked the hotel and remembered a lot, for the first time we were in the city of Veliky Novgorod and received only positive emotions from the trip. The location of the hotel is so good, close to attractions plus in a quiet area. What helped to escape from the bustle of big cities.

I really liked the hotel and remembered a lot, for the first time we were in the city of Veliky Novgorod and received only positive emotions from the trip. The location of the hotel is so good, close to attractions plus in a quiet area. What helped to escape from the bustle of big cities. The food was excellent, the children really liked it, they could not be pulled out of Kazinaki City (which is located in the hotel). My husband and I had a great time at the Cliffs bar. Service is great, staff is kind and attentive. The rooms are cozy and warm. So many positive emotions that everyone who has a rest with children would like to stay in this hotel.

As soon as we arrived at the hotel, they explained to us that the hotel's parking lot was full and we could use the nearby paid one. We were the only ones at the reception desk, and the ladies were talking about something without noticing us, we had to interrupt their conversation twice to pay attention to ourselves. There was no bathrobe, no slippers, no minibar, no fridge in the room, just a broken hair dryer. The furniture is quite old, but the room is clean.
We came for breakfast 15 minutes before it ended - there was nothing, not even black tea, only a lot of unfed, but anxious people. We went to the bar to eat at our own expense, but even there it was crowded with people who had not had breakfast. They tried to get into the pool and sauna only the next day, when there were many people leaving. They said that there is only one free box, that is, it is problematic to get into your already paid kakbe, just like at breakfast. We fall into one box, travelers are used to crowding. But when we entered, there was no one in the sauna, one person was swimming in the pool and one in the jacuzzi. And again, amazing - there is no soap in the shower, and we, counting on all 4 *, were too shy to take bath accessories with us.
The hotel definitely does not pull on 4 * and is not able to provide services included in the cost of living. If you want to pay money - pay, but don't count on anything! - directly the slogan for the hotel came out
