Nutrition I ate in the dining room of the sixth building (where I lived) for the first 8 days of rest. Therapeutic procedures ended at about 13:00 and, after coming to the dining room after them, he constantly received “hot dishes” cold for lunch, there was no assortment (twice the second consisted of one side dish). From those who had already eaten, I learned that there were other dishes, but to a request to the canteen administrator to provide me with such, the answer was - "unfortunately already over. " The same problems were with dinner and breakfast. On the ninth day, everyone who ate in the dining room of the sixth building was transferred to the 3rd building, which caused a lot of inconvenience (when booking and checking in, there was no notification of such changes from the resort administration). In December, there are few vacationers, but the tables are cleaned poorly, dirty dishes are everywhere. The situation with fruits is quite sad. This year they are offered only for dinner, mostly chopped apples, several times chopped bananas and that's it!! ! This has never happened before!! ! Paying 3900r. per day and receive third-rate vegetables and fruits - just nonsense! Food for 2 points. Accommodation 4 - points I booked a room in the 6th building, large in area and quiet. The room is shabby but quite comfortable for one person. The refrigerator works like a tractor, sealing gum, the cold does not hold. Water pressure is weak, especially during peak hours. Toilet paper resembles sandpaper (take it with you))), again saved. Satisfied with cleaning. Territory On a solid 4 points, but in winter the paths are completely covered with ice, they don’t sprinkle sand at all, and salt is either thick or empty - very slippery. Saved again. Events 2 pointsIn a word - amateur performances. It is strange that such performances are held for a fee. The resort itself could pay for the performances of amateur artists, say for free treatment, I think they would not mind. Treatment 5 points Treatment procedures are still effective. What procedures I wanted - I got everything. Only sorry for the employees and honey. staff, at low salaries, are trying to give what they taught and do, as they say in good conscience. It is also bad that with the change in the status of the resort (from a sanatorium to a hotel), honey. personnel do not have experience according to prof. activities, and, of course, not a single young specialist will work in a sanatorium (who needs an entry in the work book about the work of some kind of employee? ). Recreation 3 points The water center hosts evenings of relaxation, but they are not always held for vacationers, on weekends - for local residents. It raises the question, how are unauthorized persons allowed into the protected area? And, even if they came, but behaved like well-mannered people, this would not cause a negative reaction among vacationers. Indeed, mostly middle-aged and elderly people rest at the resort, and screams, whistles, drunken companies consisting of local residents do not bring pleasure from a joint holiday. DJ, on weekends, also works for local residents, the selection of music is aimed at young people, which also adds negative to other inconveniences. On weekdays, the DJ puts on what he likes, and when asked to put something on order, he demands payment !!! ! found (stolen). Everyone who has repeatedly visited (rested) at the resort with warmth and nostalgia remembers those times when evenings of rest were held in building No. 1. The entire holiday was built taking into account the age of the main contingent, the selection of music was appropriate, there were no companies of local residents with inappropriate behavior. The first building has billiards and tennis tables - the service is excellent. The current management of the resort, professionally, is completely unsuitable for managing a health-improving sanatorium with such potential. The resort is turning from a world-famous sanatorium into a third-rate hotel, in the manner of Tunisian, Turkish, Egyptian and others, only the price tag is already many times more expensive. Focusing on young people will not work here (not the same climatic conditions and, again, the price is higher), and those people who used to come here, due to recent changes, will no longer go here. The price must match the quality. The quality has gotten worse and the price is much higher. With the advent of a new player (GATCHINA GARDENS in the Leningrad region) in the resort and sanatorium market of the northwest, the Staraya Russa resort, as unprofitable, can be closed.
