" The same problems were with dinner and breakfast. On the ninth day, everyone who ate in the dining room of the sixth building was transferred to the 3rd building, which caused a lot of inconvenience (when booking and checking in, there was no notification of such changes from the resort administration). In December, there are few vacationers, but the tables are cleaned poorly, dirty dishes are everywhere. The situation with fruits is quite sad. This year they are offered only for dinner, mostly chopped apples, several times chopped bananas and that's it!! ! This has never happened before!! ! The current management of the resort, professionally, is completely unsuitable for managing a health-improving sanatorium with such potential. The resort is turning from a world-famous sanatorium into a third-rate hotel, in the manner of Tunisian, Turkish, Egyptian and others, only the price tag is already many times more expensive. Focusing on young people will not work here (not the same climatic conditions and, again, the price is higher), and those people who used to come here, due to recent changes, will no longer go here. The price must match the quality. The quality has gotten worse and the price is much higher. With the advent of a new player (GATCHINA GARDENS in the Leningrad region) in the resort and sanatorium market of the northwest, the Staraya Russa resort, as unprofitable, can be closed.
