On the way there, we encountered the fact that in the renovated building, on the second floor, there are rooms in which the sewerage system was initially made incorrectly and it is constantly clogged. Moreover, plumbers in this situation are powerless to help. And everything is solved by simply scooping out the desired filling of the maid in the morning. When asked by the administration what to do in this situation, we were told that this is a constant problem. Moreover, the girl at the reception behaved incorrectly - in this situation, the phrase "and what do you want from us" is not an answer to the question of customers who paid a fairly decent amount for superior rooms (apparently, this is a high level of comfort). Only the intervention of the senior administrator (a very nice woman, she tries to help everyone, it is sincerely a pity that she has to solve such issues) affected the administrator girl and we were given the keys to another free room. If they warned in advance about the possibility of such a situation and reduced the prices for these rooms, it would be fair, since there is no way to fix the problem.
