The best hotel on the Black Sea! We travel for the third year in May-June, we tried other all-inclusive hotels for comparison - and still we return to Prometheus! For us, the most important thing in recreation is the principle of "pay and not bathe" and here it works one hundred percent. We always choose food in Galileo (the second restaurant, for guests with a bracelet of a higher category) - freshly baked pancakes, scrambled eggs, fresh juices are always for breakfast, steaks are fried in front of you for lunch. By the way, another plus of the VIP bracelet is that the Imperial restaurant offers a tasting menu - be sure to use it!
Well, in general, I consider the main advantage of the hotel to be the general courtesy and good manners of the staff - everyone smiles, greets, no one is rude and when talking you don’t get the feeling that the person doesn’t give a damn about you and he just does his job here - all questions and requests are carefully listened to and carried out with zeal and participation. In general, the overall atmosphere in the hotel is very friendly, if not family. I would like to thank the hotel management for being able to educate the staff in this way!
