You can also buy them on the territory - expensive, of course. Around comfortable walking paths, no transport. There are lawns, parks, gazebos. There is a mini-golf course, a tennis court, a beach volleyball court, a lot of sunbeds with mattresses and canopies - well, relax on the way from the dining room to the sea. Everywhere toilets, by the pools and on the beach - the issuance of towels.

From 18.00 the amusement park with rides, train and trampoline is open. But each maid has her own tricks - our friends who lived in the main building, she made origami out of towels, different every day! Towels are changed at least twice a day. The bed was changed twice in a week, but, probably, it was possible to ask more often, but we did not need to. All payments are made at check-out or at the reception - everywhere (in the store, spa, bar) you are simply asked for the room in which you live. There is a doctor - we needed his help. The impression remains good. The nannies are very patient. You can, by prior arrangement, leave the child in the evening, at night. Have they crushed each other and killed the kids on the trampoline - it is especially dark and dangerous there! We had a very unpleasant situation when a child was almost trampled on.
2. Sleeping places. Perhaps we were not lucky personally. The bed, although huge (of two one and a half), but very uncomfortable! Do not compare with the drowning comfort in the "Solnechny". Two tiny pillows. I hardly slept at all (((Very hard. My 16-year-old son also suffered in an extra bed - a folding bed. It turned out that plywood and a thin paralon were inserted into the mattress (there were no springs). Even the extra mattress that the maid brought did not save the situation. The food is excellent, a lot of meat and poultry dishes, salads, soups, cold drinks and juices; a large assortment of pastries and sweets; there is always enough fruit, quickly replenished with new ones. All inclusive also includes some sorts of beer, vodka, champagne, dry and semi-sweet red and white wine. There are a la carte restaurants with outdoor cabanas in shaded gazebos and in a cottage close to the beach. If in general in other hotels it is forbidden to carry food to the rooms from restaurants, then this is not prohibited here. You can often see how vacationers bring food to their rooms with just plates, beer and juices with plastic cups. The staff does not make comments, is tolerant.
During the day, light meals are prepared near the beach access, you can take chocolate and simple ice cream, bottled water and drinks are in refrigerators on the street by the sea and in the restaurant. At the amusement park, from 18:00 they also cook sausages in dough, donuts, french fries, you can have a bite while waiting for dinner. Everything is done very quickly, there are practically no queues.
There are two children's clubs, including those with baby food: soups, simple second courses that all children eat (pasta, sausages, etc. ), baby food in jars, juices, etc. The kids club at the Eastwood restaurant also has slot machines, computer games, you can just lie on the mats and watch cartoons.
The hotel staff is polite and well trained. Passing by, they smile, say hello, wish you a pleasant stay. Some of the hotel guards walk around with pistols on their belts, most likely these are injuries. The animators are active, a lot throughout the day on the territory of the hotel: standard aerobics and water aerobics, sports and entertainment competitions. In the evening at 21-00 for children daily closing of the day with fireworks. At 21-30 in the main restaurant or on the site by the sea, an evening performance. We acted differently: in 10 minutes we took a taxi to the railway station, and then in 2 hours by train (we bought a compartment to Adler), where we again took a taxi to the airport. The food is excellent, a lot of meat and poultry dishes, salads, soups, cold drinks and juices; a large assortment of pastries and sweets; there is always enough fruit, quickly replenished with new ones. All inclusive also includes some sorts of beer, vodka, champagne, dry and semi-sweet red and white wine. There are a la carte restaurants with outdoor cabanas in shaded gazebos and in a cottage close to the beach. If in general in other hotels it is forbidden to carry food to the rooms from restaurants, then this is not prohibited here. You can often see how vacationers bring food to their rooms with just plates, beer and juices with plastic cups. The staff does not make comments, is tolerant.
During the day, light meals are prepared near the beach access, you can take chocolate and simple ice cream, bottled water and drinks are in refrigerators on the street by the sea and in the restaurant. At the amusement park, from 18:00 they also cook sausages in dough, donuts, french fries, you can have a bite while waiting for dinner. Everything is done very quickly, there are practically no queues.
There are two children's clubs, including those with baby food: soups, simple second courses that all children eat (pasta, sausages, etc. ), baby food in jars, juices, etc. The kids club at the Eastwood restaurant also has slot machines, computer games, you can just lie on the mats and watch cartoons.
The hotel staff is polite and well trained. Passing by, they smile, say hello, wish you a pleasant stay. Some of the hotel guards walk around with pistols on their belts, most likely these are injuries. The animators are active, a lot throughout the day on the territory of the hotel: standard aerobics and water aerobics, sports and entertainment competitions. Adler airport can be reached by a car rented at the hotel in 2 hours, if someone is not afraid of motion sickness when driving on a serpentine. We acted differently: in 10 minutes we took a taxi to the railway station, and then in 2 hours by train (we bought a compartment to Adler), where we again took a taxi to the airport. At least, the train doesn’t make children sick, and during these 2 hours you can walk along the corridor, the child can take a calm nap, eat at the table, play. The train turned out to be a little more expensive for everyone than a taxi, but I can present the costs for the train to the accounting department to compensate for travel on vacation, but there is no taxi.

It is immediately clear that people who are well-versed in gardening and park construction are engaged, there are a lot of flowers, greenery, everywhere you can find a shade to sit with the kids, a lot of interesting objects, flower beds, wigwams (the hotel is themed "Wild West") - every time you go and notice new details. The rooms are bright and comfortable (we lived in seaside cottages, away from the restaurant, so as not to disturb the child’s sleep), they are always cleaned on time, please with pleasant little things like sweets on the pillow or the morning issue of the hotel newspaper, which contains a lot of useful information about the hotel, photos, schedule animation (about it later separately and VERY much). Further about nutrition - the buffet is very extensive, every day there is a variety, for 2 weeks nothing has become boring and not boring, a lot of fruit. At first they were afraid that there would be too much local cuisine - but it turned out that the menu is very democratic and for every taste. Plus, we also had a wonderful dinner at the grill bar and at the new cafe on the pier, right above the sea - just a fairy tale!

The eldest (7 years old) disappeared so that they were sent for exercises at 10 in the morning, they were seen for lunch and then only met in the amusement park and taken away for dinner! For families with children - just a great choice. I especially want to note the cleanliness, beauty and friendliness of the staff. There is free wi-fi on the territory of the water park, several swimming pools, an area near equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. Animation works professionally at a high level throughout the day, and shows in the evening. We rested for two weeks in July, got to a concert, Maxim performed at the hotel. There was also a beautiful fireworks show and fireworks!! ! We plan to visit such a wonderful hotel again next year!

From 11 in the morning it is allowed to use all the benefits of the hotel for free - they hang a bracelet on their arm (on someone’s leg and saw this) according to the settlement: red - mere mortals, blue - vip))). You can eat earlier, but you need to pay. We went with friends to the new building. We are in the standard, they are in the family. That we, that they are "lucky", so it was not without fun. We got a room without a balcony and that was a problem for me. The child is small, sorry for the details, there are enough wet and dirty things for the day, but there is no balcony... Moreover, in the room, in the bathroom, the dryer is small and cold !! ! Through long disputes with the receptionist, we managed to knock out the drying, although it was hard. What do the guys in the family have, drying is. But they told me "that's a family room, but you're not supposed to. . . ". The room is big but smoky! Pleased with a large bed 2.20 for sure, or even 2.40. , But it creaked! : -) The carpet was stained, the walls were stained, when the hair dryer drove in, the table was again in greasy stains. What does it have to do with my request to remove all this, no one came! The guys are even cooler : -) Well, the fact that the room is just as dirty, with a torn piece on the door, that's okay. They had ants as a bonus! My friend is pregnant, you can’t worry, but she fought hard : -). No one wanted to relocate them, as they did not swear, they came either to anoint them with a pencil, or they would disinfect them while they were not in the room (they stank strongly). As a result, they did not relocate, but the living creatures were taken out. In general, the first impression upon check-in - tin, where we arrived! Another big minus - audibility! The doors seem to be made of cardboard, if you were talking in a whisper in the corridor, you could hear everything. So you can't go there without birushes. Big problems with cleaning, of course, towels are changed, if you throw them on the floor, this is where the cleaning ends. Vacuuming, most likely, just before settling, small rubbish lay like that all week. All day long a sign can hang asking you to clean the room... and silence. Maybe, of course, it’s only in the new building that they clean it up like that, but what we have on the third floor, what our friends have on the first floor, the picture was the same. Later we met with vacationers, they are afraid to fly and therefore they rest in Prometheus every year. So they said that in general the hotel is renovated every year, but this year they did not. Therefore, everything is already shabby at the beginning of the season, and what will happen next... Of course, at first we were upset, but on the second day we decided not to spoil our vacation because of trifles!
Of the benefits: large, beautiful, well-groomed territory! Delicious food for all ages and tastes. Here you have two types of cereals in the morning, and soups, and diet meals. I have always found something to feed my child. But the declared children's restaurant - about nothing. He worked from 12 o’clock and the menu was set, probably, for the whole season - chicken soup, I don’t remember which one, steam cutlet, sausage, fish, boiled potatoes and pasta. All. This is every day, so there was no point in going there. Baby food was agusha - meat, cottage cheese, juices.
Another nuance, in the evening you need to go to dinner by seven, later you can not find a place, since the evening show at 9 o’clock takes place there. And you can't move the tables - the "rules of the club", the administrator walks and pushes the tables : -) So if you eat with a group, you will have to sit separately!

Well, at the end of the holiday, a beach towel was stolen from us : -), it costs 500 rubles and at check-out they added an extra order to the bill, duplicating one order twice, although it was only 400 rubles, but still not pleasant!
Bottom line, four stars, well, it doesn’t pull! And the August prices, it's not worth it!
