I'll tell you what kind of "service" in this hotel we met....Decide for yourself whether you want to go to these people or not!
We arrived at night, settled in the wrong room, which was originally requested, the money was given not small (all the same suite) - not what it is not a suite, so the room is comfort and no more. We cleaned 2 times in 14 days (changed towels) and 1 time linen on demand, the toilet and the bath were not washed at all !!!
The food is bad, it's not a buffet!! ! (cheating pure water). All that remains from the evening is cooked for lunch on the trail. day....consequently, every second person has intestinal infections... since in 30 degree heat everything turns sour instantly.
Our child (4 years old) was poisoned, so these owners did not even let an ambulance be called, I could not understand what was the matter for 1.5 hours they offered their miracle doctor (for 2000 rubles) - agreed, there was no choice....through 3 hours after the arrival of the doctor (prescribed to inject antibiotics), they managed to inject one injection - the child's pace increased. until 39 and then I couldn’t stand it anymore and with a good swearing I literally made me call an ambulance....while the ambulance was driving, I heard from these people how many: how bad we are, we poisoned the child (attention: we ate only in their canteen), what a bad mother I am - these are the words of the hostess of this hotel !!! ! They also didn’t give a thermometer (they asked me to give it to them as soon as we measure it) !! ! I'm SHOCKED !! ! from such an attitude (later the ambulance doctors explained that they were afraid of the SES) - because they go to them regularly !!!
We had a check-out after 3 days, so they came to evict not at 12:00 as it is written, but at 8:30 (with the words we have check-in at 12:00, I need to get out) - for all 3 days while the child was in the hospital, not even they asked how he felt…. . only from these people and heard how bad we poisoned the child!!!!
If you still decide to go here to rest, then do not expect anything good from these people!!! ! Just in case, the ambulance number in Sochi is 030!!! ! (So as not to be left without help like us)
