Ceremoniousness, negligence in handling. Smiles, mockery. The boorish attitude towards us from the administrator, the maid. 4. My daughter and I paid a lot of money to have a rest and improve our health in Eden. But in fact, after such a nervous shake-up, they felt unwell, their mood and rest were spoiled. There is no guarantee of the safety of things in the room, as well as no guarantee that the "servants" will not drag us into another stressful situation. To stay until July 13 (we arrived on July 4), that is, to live in such an unpredictable environment for another 6 days is not to respect yourself! Solely through the fault of the administration of the boarding house "Edem" (theft, impudent, boorish behavior), we were forced to interrupt our vacation and leave on July 8

I read the reviews before the trip, I didn’t believe it, because by 10 years ago I was resting, everything was fine. Bottom line: the food is terrible, the smell of dampness, mold and, sorry, sewerage in the hallway and in the bathroom. The number of rooms of the usual class is also very worn out. True, the air conditioner is of good quality, but the taps are leaking....We had a broken mattress on the bed, at the request to replace it, they brought a cotton one, it didn’t save it, I slept in an additional place, the chair bed, it’s a shame and my sides hurt. As for the dining room, it's kind of filthy. tablecloths were changed only once in 12 days....there are NO CLAIMS against the STAFF, they try, BUT THE OWNER IS GREEDY - IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO FEED THAT... .

Rested in Eden from 17 to 27 July 2010. We have never met more disgusting food like in this boarding house. This is a Soviet canteen at its worst. You can’t call it a custom menu. often changed the order for dishes that were not even on the menu. Because of the food, they wanted to leave 2 days earlier, but the sea stopped.

The beach is clean (by the standards of Sochi). The pool saves when the sea is stormy. However, the pool water smells strongly of chlorine. The bottom is covered with greenery, which floats all over the pool in lumps. the pool is cleaned every 10 days and this procedure lasts 2 days. We got into a period of a dirty pool and its cleaning. The rooms are clean, air-conditioned, you can relax in the heat. However, the ventilation is poor (dampness and mold constantly wafted from the bathroom). Personally, I don't set foot in this reserve of socialism anymore.
