We chose the resort Rus not by chance, advised by friends who almost every year go there to rest. We really liked the friendliness of the staff, accommodation, cleaning, medical staff - all were just wonderful. I am disabled 2 gr. , I have type 1 diabetes mellitus (insulin-dependent), hypertortonia, and a sore leg, on which 3 operations were performed after an injury in 1995, It is difficult for me to walk for a long time, When I was on the train to the sanatorium, already halfway, they called me and said that your booking is cancelled, come April 20.2013, because we have events here. But I'm already on my way, I'm on my way alone, and where should I go in an unfamiliar city? - I asked, and said about my illnesses, and that it was difficult for me to walk, to which the reservation department offered me to check in for 5 days at the Neva boarding house, they said the room costs the same as you booked with us - 2500 rubles per day. I didn’t know what to do, agreed, I ordered a transfer, so the driver immediately took me to the Neva boarding house. I paid there for all 5 days. Bookings said that it is very close to their sanatorium and I will go to them in Russia for treatment, but they did not say that the road there, and especially back, would be so difficult, for me with a sore leg, hypertension and diabetes, very, very steep slopes and broken paths made it very difficult to get there, and especially to get back after the procedures.
