They took my mother a single room with postoperative treatment, it is comfortable, it doesn’t seem to stink, a TV, a large bathroom (shower, toilet). The attitude of the staff is pleasant, attentive.

At the same time, in the "price list" that lay in the "room" of this almshouse and on a dirty piece of paper printed on an ordinary inkjet printer, which we were shown at the reception, this "service" cost 500 rubles. "Examination" was reduced to a simple survey and measurement of pressure. (Super "cool" prices even by Swiss standards, although there is the best and, accordingly, the most expensive medicine). We never received a cardiogram or a doctor's consultation, although this was stipulated in the "price list". The room was dirty, it was cleaned with us and only three times in two weeks... The linen was torn and dirty, they were changed only once, and even then for the same rags. Room on the first floor, while the balcony door was not locked (the latch was broken, he turned to the deputy director with a request to fix it, she answered: "they don't steal from us"). There are traces of fungus in the shower, different taps on the mixer (apparently, after the "repair"). Food is food waste. (We poisoned ourselves twice, because for lunch they serve what is not eaten at breakfast, and by the evening it becomes inedible in principle... ) It is useless to complain, there are two possible answers: "this is our diet" and "the food is handled by another organization". The territory of the sanatorium is not cleaned, the building itself is in a dilapidated state, the main entrance is lined with bricks of three different colors (apparently also traces of repair), in general, it seems that the building was somehow restored after the bombing....On the territory of the sanatorium there is an abandoned unfinished building, which was chosen by bums. (Very nice neighborhood!!! ). In the pavilions, young people from the surrounding houses (not patients!!! ) drink beer and bawl songs. . . The guards don't care about that, they go about their business. For example, they protect the "administration" of the sanatorium from "annoying" customers, wash cars (moreover, here, on the territory of the sanatorium). Stray dogs run around. . .
In general, the almshouse is in the best "soviet" traditions, the clientele is mostly elderly people after the operation... In short, "Perdelkino" and not "Peredelkino"... .
