But on this Unfortunately, the advantages of this sanatorium are coming to an end... First, about the treatment: it is practically absent. For 12 days, I was prescribed: a visit to the pool (included in the package without treatment), walking and psychotherapy (20 minutes a female voice from a tape recorder speaks to the music how everything is fine (withstood 1 session)) This is where my treatment ended....Massage, salt cave and much more in this resort for extra. fee. The pool is C-grade with a minus, dirty, shallow, the tiles fall off, the ceiling is blooming, it’s unpleasant to go there... Room cleaning: in 12 days our room was not cleaned NEVER!!! ! 3 times they took out the garbage (after insistent requests), 1 time they gave clean linen (they changed it themselves)... On our fair remark, the maid screamed hysterically that she alone had to clean 30 rooms (but where are the vacationers here ??? ) and she does not have time....There is no leisure, the team of animators works, but what they do remains a mystery to us, apparently only in the evening, after dinner, they turn on the music, to which they themselves dance... And the apothege of our stay in this place was that when we were about to leave this piece of paradise, we discovered that in the paid parking lot of the sanatorium our car was crushed!!! ! The head of security said that they were not responsible for such incidents (for which they only charge a daily fee ???? ) After I wrote everything I thought about this in the guest book of the sanatorium, he locked the exit from the parking lot with a key and declared that he would not release our car until I crossed out what I wrote about their security and about him personally. he does not want to lose his job (apparently the administrator on duty promptly leaked information to him). . . words of untruth....The money for the protection of the car, although reluctantly, they returned, but I think the repair will cost 10 times more....
Summary: rest in this sanatorium for unpretentious people, the contingent is mainly elderly people and parents with small children... If you do not make any complaints about the administration, then everything is fine, everyone is happy for you, but you just have to complain about someone or just ask for something, the staff immediately turns from cloyingly kindly into maliciously aggressive and you will not find the truth... all conflicts are resolved according to the principle - the fool himself...
