We rested in the Tropicana boarding house, near Zelenograd from 20 to 23.09. 2018. We bought 1 weekday and weekend check-in with coupons. Perhaps the main trouble is that the hotel is unsanitary. Cockroaches were seen in the area of the food distribution line, they are also found in the rooms. And it really got it.
The description of the boarding house on all resources does not correspond to reality. The reception also misleads about the quality of food and other services.

Everything turned out to be a lie. Economy food. Some dishes are raw, cereals on the water, soup without filling and from preservatives. No one controls the amount of food, the attitude of the staff is like pigs. Instead of compote and juices, carbonated drinks. Of the fruits, only oranges, unripe kiwis and a maximum of pears. No desserts, just mini cupcakes every day. The uniformity of the food is amazing. It is surprising that with such cooks no one has yet been poisoned. And how are they not ashamed to feed like that? After all, the price of rooms with a boarding house is not cheap!
The administration did not react to our remarks, although they promised to take action. Many guests were in a dejected state, regretted the money and time spent.

There are several banquet halls here, for a different number of people, we took 40. The banquet was held at the highest level, I liked the service very much, everything was fast, neat, most importantly, imperceptibly! The food is delicious, special thanks to the chef, it feels like my wife cooked at home for me alone, and not a stranger to the darkness of people) Then the people dispersed: some to bowling, some to billiards, some to take a walk, pool in the morning, excellent breakfast. By the way, parking is free and guarded! ! Thank you Tropicana Holiday for a great holiday) We will keep in mind for future business events.

We have a sports family, so Tropicana Holiday was perfect for us: bicycles, roller skates, bike buggies - we rented everything. There is a forest behind the hotel, we went for a walk there, breathing, of course, is completely different there. Nature, clean air) You can rent a barbecue at the hotel, of course, we used this opportunity on the first day (we brought barbecue products with us).
The service was perfect for us. Everything is very prompt, polite staff, the silence in the hotel, everywhere is clean, tidy. I note that the towels and bed linen smelled very nice! The food is varied, everything is tasty and satisfying, they are fed according to the buffet principle. By the way, the hotel has a good children's program. In the future, we are thinking of celebrating our daughter's birthday here. Thank you for a wonderful weekend)

After 40 minutes, they brought us ¼ of the order (! ). Time 21:40. At the same time we order a bottle of champagne. To which the same officer Julia says: “Will you have time to drink it before 22:30? At 22:30 we close and you will have to drink it outside. ” WORD BY WORD! For the first time I hear such a statement of the question, for the first time I hear sentences “drinking on the street, maybe eating up here on the street is also in the order of things ?! ”
Looking ahead. I want to say that when Mr. Prussky heard about “the restaurant closing at 22:30”, he said that they work until the last customer!
After 40 minutes, a bottle of champagne was not brought. The two waitresses who served us, during all this time, came up with different options for the “loss” of champagne.
At first, she said that she was being taken from the store and would be served to us soon. Because they ran out of champagne in the restaurant and they carry it from a nearby summer restaurant. Then, that she forgot about this order (with a constant reminder).
It all ended with Father Julia saying: “But Olga brought it to you and you drank it. ” !! ! It doesn't fit in my head!
