We have been to the Country Resort several times, but already a long time ago, when it was still part of the Heliopark network. By the way, it was a little disappointing when we were not found in the lists of past guests, thus depriving us of a 5% discount on the cost of living. It's a trifle, of course, but... Yes, okay. On the occasion of a birthday, a 15% discount is provided. Fine! It is only calculated starting from the date X itself, that is, the moment of birth. Eh, again we are in flight, we check in a day earlier and leave just on the birthday, and there is no discount for this day yet. But this very discount for paying for additional services (SPA treatments, baths, trampolines, etc. ) remains. Somehow, here, everything is so twisted-tormented it turns out : )
I'm done with finance. The "All Inclusive" includes three meals a day, use of the pool and sauna, table tennis, equipment rental according to the season, but not all, animation program, billiards, visiting the zoo. During lunch and dinner, you can take vodka, wine or beer.
But you can buy the Premium package, which adds benefits in the form of champagne and whiskey, tubing rental (we have a winter season), unlimited use of the climbing wall, trampolines. Ice cream is offered in unlimited quantities, it seems, but only of a certain variety, you know, the cheapest one : ) and 10 tokens for slot machines per day per room. Perhaps something else, a piece of paper-memo issued at the reception has not been preserved.
Having estimated how much a birthday spree can get up on all these joys for two children, and what is there, and for adults (that's when dad would decide on rock climbing, or mom - on trampoline somersaults), we issued a package "Premium" for our day for 2450 rubles. Is it worth it to pay extra for a longer stay? - Not sure. Of course, everyone decides for himself. We only had a day, and during this time we had to do everything! Get out to the fullest : )

Everything here is worthy, as far as I can understand such things.
Many animals can be fed. Oh, and they are gluttons : ). We are already experienced breadwinners, we grabbed forks of cabbage and a couple of kilos of carrots from home. According to the rules of the hotel check-in at 17.00, check-out at 15.00. But we arrived much earlier than the appointed time. Especially to immediately go to the zoo. Then, after the delivery of the number, they again visited the little animals.
The hotel consists of several buildings. Who likes it, who doesn't, because the restaurant is located in the main building, the Spa is in another, you spend the night in the third... In the cold season, of course, it can be lazy. Yeah, especially with small children, oh, those overalls : )). I recommend to grab a change of shoes for your own comfort, after all, quite a lot of time is spent indoors: billiards, for example. . . or a bar. . .
About food.
Varied, tasty, well prepared, familiar to the Russian soul. Despite the winter season, a very rich fruit table. Surprisingly, there were test pineapples. Not Thai, of course, but still.
I would like to note the good ventilation in the restaurant. I remember that we left the establishment with the smell of food on our clothes, well, like from a Soviet canteen. Now this is not!
About drinking.
I can't do anything without grumbling, but I'll criticize it : ). There are no drinks for children, and adults would not refuse a non-alcoholic variety either. Compote, water, kefir and milk - it's all wonderful. And the juice? And everyone's favorite cola? Yes, it’s not useful, but on vacation it’s possible : ). But what struck us on the spot: there is, there is cola and juices, but for a fee! And even for the owners of the Premium package! Guys, well, you pour champagne, offer whiskey, but cola and juice for an extra charge? It's disgusting... But what about whiskey and cola : )). But seriously, the addition of juice drinks, even if not packaged, would please the children's half of humanity.

In our case, there was a three-room family room. For some reason, it was cheaper than a two-room one. Pleasant changes in the rooms: design, new furniture. But the plumbing is terrible. Photos do not convey all the precariousness and dilapidation. Plumbing equipment has been preserved, it seems, from those ancient pre-capitalist times, when all this economy was a boarding house. It is clear that everything is difficult at once, but, nevertheless, it is time already : ). And yes, in the bathroom, especially in family rooms, which implies the number of guests more than two, shelves or, I don’t know, bedside tables, are absolutely necessary, there is nowhere to decompose : ). And there is simply no place for a large number of towels. But this is so, wishes, thoughts out loud. There are no bathrobes, there are slippers. Shampoo & shower gel in a dispenser. The fan works just fine.
The room has a tea station with consumables. All sorts of goodies for money. And yes, this is the only hotel on my, maybe not very impressive, but very diverse list in terms of star rating, where contraceptives are immediately available. And suddenly, as they say : )
Before you give up at the reception when you check out, you need to invite a maid to revise the milestones of these riches.
About the pool.
The spa complex with a swimming pool is located in a separate building. Everything is clean and new. Even taking into account the fact that the complete reconstruction of this building took place five years ago. And during this time, we, vacationers, did not manage to "kill" the novelty. The use of the pool is limited only by the time of its operation, i. e. there are no separate sessions. References are not required. Towels are provided at the pool. A hat is a must. If anything, everything you need for swimming can be bought on the spot. I don’t know how it is in terms of the size range, the choice of colors and models is very rich : ).
The pool itself, of course, is not for sports swimming. It has a variable depth (at a certain stage, the knees begin to touch the bottom) and, with all sorts of massage jets and fountains. But in the absence of other swimmers, you can warm up very well. In general, we decided for ourselves that the most comfortable time to visit the pool here, and in other similar places, is in the morning. And already closer to 11-12 o'clock people begin to catch up. And the bowl of the pool turns into a pot of soup from the guests.
There is a so-called "frog". In it, the water is warmer, no, hotter than in the main. If you are cold (which is unlikely) you can warm yourself there. And so, here, in a log cabin, there are two saunas with different temperature conditions. Very good. The shower is right next to it, for after the sauna.
There are also wood-fired saunas in the hotel complex, we were not in them, but we felt the oven aroma, well, as it happens in the villages on Saturdays.

It's scary to imagine what happened during the weekend when the hotel was fully loaded. We were on weekdays. It is not even necessary to follow the recommendations because of the now fashionable disease, there are many different diseases. Yes, even figs with them, these masks, no one has canceled the elementary rules of hygiene and respect for other guests. Employees, of course, observe the mask visibility. But only visibility, the vast majority of masks on their chins. In general, we got the impression that we were on some kind of holiday of disobedience. Everyone has spoken : )

We got great pleasure from walking, enjoyed the delicious pine air, played enough and had fun. It's still we did not participate in animation events, we are not sociable comrades. It turned out to be COLD, UNHEATED (!!! ). And instead of the logical "sorry, here's the difference in money with a normal room / another suite - let's move on" we were offered TWO OTHER COLD SUITES (!!! ). These people (their management, "managers") have absolutely no idea what state the rooms are in. When I suggested, and let's send personnel to bypass with a checklist at some intervals (hot water, are the batteries warm, is the water rusty, etc. ) - they looked at me with the eyes of a schoolboy who is given Fermat's theorem O_OB Tell me, it's DIFFICULT to do this , TO KNOW EXACTLY what condition the rooms are in and DO NOT SET UP where there are problems, people!??!!?! ? Without populating people, repair the water supply system as much as you like. . . Further. Rusty water in the bathroom. Just. I had to complain to the "manager". Then "specially trained people" came - 2 guys of southern nationality, who lit the fireplace AND DID NOT OPEN THE SMOKE OUTLET (!!! ). We were looking for it for maybe an hour or 1.5. But during this time the room "I don't know anything, I'm here for the first time! " bath after rusty water and so on. We slept the first night in the cold (they provided a heater, but it did little to help), in smoke, with a tub of rusty water. Why, instead of resting, should I endure the running around of people all evening, and then redirect the smoke from the room to the street? Stupidly from 2 days I rested ONE. And they don't even understand it. Only the next day it dawned on them to move us to a normal room. One of these "managers": "you have already received enough compensation, sit back and rejoice" - let him give me back a day of life and rest! I wrote a statement to the director - it was also ignored. Along the way, or did not show him, or he is at the same time with them. So he is not the owner. In general, we are waiting for this business to fall apart, the leadership to change. When this happens, not earlier, you can go there and come. . . And yes, change the number of stars to 1. Or half a star. This is a review. And now about their impudent leadership. Look at the response to the review on tripadvisers with 1 star "Terrible" (you can't post links here, find it) "blah blah blah everything is fine, we gave you a room (instead of a suite - a suite - the next day!?!? ), here's a bath ( yeah, we’ll bathe in rusty water, yes!? )". They moved us the NEXT DAY, you know. Rest day down the drain. And they didn't give us a dime back. Understand!? ! More and fake reviews wrote the sea!

My husband was running at the reception, they say that he was warned about a leak a day in advance, that they were not going to change the number . . My children have already climbed into buckets, trampled in a puddle . . In short, an hour of screams and tantrums and they decided to give us 20% money from 19000. But since I personally came to rest, and not to watch the children dig in buckets of this water every second, not to listen to the drops drumming all night, they called the manager to the room to make sure . . After my screams and what he saw, he moved us to another building on the 1st floor. It turned out that almost all the upper floors were leaking, there were a lot of such buckets in the dining room and on the floors in other buildings, puddles everywhere. I had to carefully look under my feet, especially in the dining room, so as not to fly with hot soup . .

In the rooms there is no way to drink tea on your own (there is no kettle and tea leaves, as already in most hotels), we ordered tea in the service, we waited 1 hour !!! ! ))
The breakfasts are quite edible and there is a choice of what to eat, without frills and beautiful decoration. Such a Soviet approach. There is nothing to choose for Lunch, there is little that is tasty. Although if you were delighted with the school canteen, then you will like it.
A pool with muddy water, I disdained to swim in it. We ordered cheesecake and strudel in the restaurant, it is generally impossible to eat. There is NO good alcohol, good cigarettes, cigars in the bar. The staff walks around with gloomy faces, unfriendly.
Entertainment in the evening is a disco (so-so), karaoke (PAID), billiards, like everything I saw.
To the merits, it is fresh air, a picturesque place, a zoo, a good Thai massage, and barbecue on your own.
