I was there at the end of November, around the 29th-30th. Kitchen. Dining room food. Only a couple of dishes made me happy. What prevents, let's say, to take a chef and try and evaluate everything yourself! ? I was there in 2014, there was a different guide, then it was cool in the kitchen. And now - the level of the DINING ROOM. And I was there 2-3 weeks before that - the dishes were 1-in-1 with those. Or here's a salad "pick it yourself" - no one eats it, only herring. And they spread it over and over again for some reason. The leadership of everyone should just be expelled from there - I will prove it below and show why. They put us in a suite with a fireplace. It turned out to be COLD, UNHEATED (!!! ). And instead of the logical "sorry, here's the difference in money with a normal room / another suite - let's move on" we were offered TWO OTHER COLD SUITES (!!! ). These people (their management, "managers") have absolutely no idea what state the rooms are in. When I suggested, and let's send personnel to bypass with a checklist at some intervals (hot water, are the batteries warm, is the water rusty, etc. ) - they looked at me with the eyes of a schoolboy who is given Fermat's theorem O_OB Tell me, it's DIFFICULT to do this , TO KNOW EXACTLY what condition the rooms are in and DO NOT SET UP where there are problems, people!??!!?! ? Without populating people, repair the water supply system as much as you like. . . Further. Rusty water in the bathroom. Just. RUSTY WATER in ((I’m looking for a decent analogue, I found it ITS 4-star hotel (!?!?! ). They offered a bath for about three hours instead. Well, the bath, in principle, went in. Fireplace. 400r. I had to complain to the "manager". Then "specially trained people" came - 2 guys of southern nationality, who lit the fireplace AND DID NOT OPEN THE SMOKE OUTLET (!!! ). We were looking for it for maybe an hour or 1.5. But during this time the room "I don't know anything, I'm here for the first time! " bath after rusty water and so on. We slept the first night in the cold (they provided a heater, but it did little to help), in smoke, with a tub of rusty water. Why, instead of resting, should I endure the running around of people all evening, and then redirect the smoke from the room to the street? Stupidly from 2 days I rested ONE. And they don't even understand it. Only the next day it dawned on them to move us to a normal room. One of these "managers": "you have already received enough compensation, sit back and rejoice" - let him give me back a day of life and rest! I wrote a statement to the director - it was also ignored. Along the way, or did not show him, or he is at the same time with them. So he is not the owner. In general, we are waiting for this business to fall apart, the leadership to change. When this happens, not earlier, you can go there and come. . . And yes, change the number of stars to 1. Or half a star. This is a review. And now about their impudent leadership.
