My wife and I arrived at this hotel on May 2.2011 with a group of tourists from Israel and were completely delighted with the quality of the hotel and the services provided.
Before flying to St. Petersburg, we left 3 kg of hummus for storage in the bar fridge, which was taken as a present to our relatives and friends in Moscow.
What was our surprise and disappointment when, after 3 days, we returned to Moscow, our hummus was not there. At first, they led us by the nose for about an hour, promising to find the loss, but as a result, nothing was found. When asked to at least somehow compensate for our nervous breakdown, the bar manager Vadim Dolgov did not find any adequate options.
We believe that the management of such a good hotel should get rid of such a negligent manager who only brings shame to such a good hotel.
