The room is normal, not 4 *, of course, but on a solid 3 * it pulls out. Free non-poor mini-bar, free in-room safe, good breakfast buffet. The guests are 70% foreigners, and ours are just as respectable and sane. Wi-fi is excellent, in the lobby bar there are a couple of computers with the Internet for everyone. I haven't been to the sauna or the gym, but the impressions of other guests are good : )
Service 8 out of 10. Very young staff but well trained, polite and diligent. Guests from neighboring countries are engaged only in cleaning the rooms and in the restaurant, but quite even qualitatively and unobtrusively.
For me, there were only 2 minor minuses: the lack of a teapot in the room (and the lobby bar is expensive for me) and some of the furniture in the room (desk, chair and bedside tables) of the 50s of the last century))) I respect natural wood and Stalinist style , but somehow they are off topic in this interior. IMHO
With the same discount, I will stay here again, with pleasure.
Before flying to St. Petersburg, we left 3 kg of hummus for storage in the bar fridge, which was taken as a present to our relatives and friends in Moscow.
What was our surprise and disappointment when, after 3 days, we returned to Moscow, our hummus was not there. At first, they led us by the nose for about an hour, promising to find the loss, but as a result, nothing was found. When asked to at least somehow compensate for our nervous breakdown, the bar manager Vadim Dolgov did not find any adequate options.
We believe that the management of such a good hotel should get rid of such a negligent manager who only brings shame to such a good hotel.
I answer the first question - the number is smoky - it was very difficult to weather it!
I booked a room for three people - two beds in one room, a sofa in the other. It seems like everything should be fine.
The second - the room turned out to be with one not very wide 2-bed. The sofa in the suite is so-so (not up to 4 * stars). Imagine two adult women should sleep together on this bed. True extra bed after a long wrangling gave! BUT... The bed turned out to be a folding bed with a thin mattress and also with springs broken in several places (there were no others). The room for the reception of three guests is not prepared: 2 tea cups, 2 glasses, a set in the minibar - 2, a terry bathrobe - 2 (one of them did not smell very fresh, and looked dirty with stains), they could not change because it didn’t turn out to be anything . . Next - a set in the bathroom - towels - 2, hygiene kits -2, That is, the 3rd guest was not expected. But on the other hand, the reservation order was very politely accepted and everything was promised - "the promised... waiting"
How long we waited for all this and asked for time, I won’t say... - for a long time.
The third - the most interesting - to go down the elevator from the 10th floor turned out to be in time - 40 minutes. Because groups to descend from the floors are large, but there are no stairs, everything is locked. As a result, we were late for the conference and our own report. There was also a taxi waiting.
Fourth - the stated fitness room and sauna ??? ? for some reason didn't work. Didn't say when booking
From good - buffet breakfast - decent.
But "gained experience"... as Zhvanetsky says. I won't go there again and won't recommend it to anyone.
