Most of the staff, in principle, do not speak English, it is not clear how they communicate with foreigners who are teeming with the hotel, but the main problem is that they also understand Russian a little. In the restaurant, there are half-asleep waiters who are thinking about the most difficult order - 2 beers - for 20 minutes (if you're lucky! ) And in the end they bring one, explaining that they are very tired and do not understand anything. The main menu of the restaurant has about 5 dishes (I don’t remember exactly), in which absolutely nothing can be changed, for example, asking for another side dish instead of the one indicated on the menu is unrealistic. You can order what you want additionally and just don’t eat that side dish that you didn’t look at)) As a result, we had dinner there only 1 time in 4 days, we waited for this damned dinner for 40 minutes, they brought us fried soles, I can only call it worse . With local knives, this work of culinary art was sawn only in 4 hands and then slowly))) Moreover, the additional. essno forgot to bring us a side dish! Then we waited another half an hour for beer, went to swear, in the end we were again brought one instead of two. Only one waitress pleased, unfortunately, did not notice the name, at least she gave us coffee in the morning rather quickly. Today we were discharged, as it should be at 12, we wanted to sleep until 11, but at 9 in the morning we woke up from a terrible pounding with a hammer into our wall from the side of the next room. It seems that they were chasing all over the wall. While we were waking up, cursing and dressing, the swotting stopped, but we couldn't get enough sleep. Theoretically, there is paid parking at the hotel, I left the car there 4 nights in a row, as a result: I paid for the 1st night, because parking is paid, for the 2nd - no, because "parking for guests is free", for I didn’t pay the 3rd one either, but I had to pay for the last one again. It's just that every time I got into different employees at the reception, and they explained everything to me in different ways and they gave different papers for leaving too))) All 4 days. In general, SUCH amazing unprofessionalism of employees is still to be found! By the way, I also forgot to note that for some reason we were put in a non-smoking room, which we found out only when we saw the "NO SMOKING" sign on the door of the room. I went to swear at the reception, they told me that you can smoke in the room. And for a fig then all this? It was terribly ashamed in front of foreign partners for such a Russian service. We will NEVER go to this hotel again, otherwise I will burn with shame ! !
