By conventional standards, the territory is small. The river is a 5-minute walk from the hotel complex, next to the restaurant building there is a heated swimming pool, there is a sauna. wi-fi is also provided.
The staff is calm and friendly. We were fed fish soup and kebabs on the veranda by the pool, we ordered dinner in advance. The food is simple and tasty, very tasty cranberry juice.
In general, the holiday home offers three meals a day.
The holiday home is located right on the banks of the Poksha River. The river is a spring, so in August the water does not bloom much. There is a small sandy beach near the water. Umbrellas and sun loungers are available at the pool for free, it is not very deep, the water is heated. There is a sports equipment rental point: balls, jump ropes, bicycles, rackets, several beach volleyball courts with sand. During the high season, the animators organize games and parties twice a week. There is a boat station near the river where you can rent a catamaran or boat.
When we were going to go there, we imagined a kind of picnic on the banks of the Poksha with boating, but immediately after arrival, we were told that fun starts await our company.
An uncle in sports shorts with a whistle around his neck, looking like a classic school physical education teacher, divided us into two teams. The specificity is that only two girls work in our company, respectively, they made us captains and offered to choose men for our team. I was the leader of the Quickies, my friend of the Buffalo Lords.
We were given sketchy maps on which we had to run around the territory of the rest house for a while, marking points on the route on a special form. As they later explained to us, eighth-graders cope with this task in 30-40 minutes, we did it in 45, which is good news)) On the bench stood a bucket of pancake dough, a bucket of hot tea, and a can of condensed milk. We were promised pancakes on the fire and hot tea, but only after the fun starts.
Slightly disappointed, but inspired by the promise of an early tea party, we stomped after the physical instructor to the clearing. They were already waiting for us there: a rope, hoops, balls and other paraphernalia of the school gym. I hated physical education at school, and always mowed it down, but in this case there was no way to mow down, I had to defend the honor of the team. I haven't had so much fun and excitement in a long time! In general, contrary to expectations, we all received a bunch of positive emotions, ran and got tired. But, having tormented our bodies pampered by a comfortable office existence, the physical education teacher, before feeding us pancakes, decided to torment our brain. We answered questions about winter olympic sports. With jokes and jokes and collective meetings, we still mastered a dozen questions.
According to the results of three competitions, the "Shustriki" team won, we were awarded with flashlights, pens, lighters, fridge magnets and pans with long handles, we fried pancakes on them.

We didn’t go to the party, it was too comfortable we settled on the veranda, and the conversation stuck, but in the end curiosity got the better of us and we moved out of our homes.
Arriving at the shore, we saw that the fun was in full swing there: a DJ console and hefty speakers were installed on a small stage, and carefree vacationers famously danced to the rhythms of a foreign stage.
