We rested in the sanatorium Moscow in 2009 in April-May. In addition to and modifying earlier reviews, I report the following.
There are very few sanatoriums in Kislovodsk with their own park (to walk, feed the squirrels, breathe the healing air), and the pool (by the way, it is intended more for water procedures - massage and shower than swimming), and narzan baths. Another advantage of the sanatorium is the connection of the dormitory buildings with the dining room and the bulk of the treatment rooms by transitions, and in bad weather there is no need for constant dressing and changing shoes. During our stay, there was a significant temperature difference from minus at night to plus 15-20 during the day, and in the sanatorium the heating was turned on at night, turned off in the morning - I had not seen this before in other sanatoriums... The order of distribution by procedures has also changed: now it is done by a computer program . Sometimes, of course, because of those who want to get in at the wrong time, there are shifts, but these momentary unrest are quickly forgotten.
Excursion to Dombay. These are: 7-8 hours on the road (with stops), 2 hours in the “flight” on creaky seats and an hour and a half to admire (clearly very rarely) the surroundings at an altitude of 3000 meters with lunch (at your own expense or stocked with you) in one of 40 eateries.

Excursion to the Blue Lakes. It is: 8 hours on the bus. Half an hour - a walk along the Cherek Gorge, half an hour - for breakfast at a roadside establishment (at your own expense), half an hour - viewing the lake, 40 minutes - for lunch and viewing the Chegem waterfall, 40 minutes - to a hot spring (reservoir like an unfinished pool).
