Rest is so-so. You will have to complete the paperwork for a very long time. Arriving at 9-00 you will get to the doctor around 16-00. There are no queues, the attendants help to navigate in the rooms. Excursions are survival trips. Buses are not adapted, there are no air conditioners! Be careful with children, there are no children's places (in front). The food in the dining room is excellent, many thanks to the chefs. The territory is clean and well-groomed. The bed is changed on the 9th day. Garbage is cleaned every day.

Another advantage of the sanatorium can be attributed to the connection of passages of sleeping buildings with
dining room and most of the treatment rooms, and in bad weather there is no

stay there was a significant temperature difference from minus at night to plus 15-20
during the day, and in the sanatorium they turned on heating for the night, in the morning they turned it off as unnecessary - in others
sanatoriums I have never seen this before... The order of distribution according to
procedures: now it is done by a computer program. Sometimes, of course, because
those who want to get in at the wrong time, there are shifts, but these momentary unrest quickly
are forgotten.

Half an hour - a walk along the Cherek Gorge, half an hour - for breakfast at a roadside establishment (at your own expense), half an hour - viewing the lake, 40 minutes - for lunch and viewing the Chegem waterfall, 40 minutes - to a hot spring (reservoir like an unfinished pool).
