The resort is located in our middle lane. Air conditioning is not required. Nature... Pine forest. Fresh resinous air is very calming and has a strong effect on the respiratory system. The food is tasty and properly balanced, personally selected for everyone. Doctors are attentive and knowledgeable. All the staff were very nice.

The sanatorium, although ancient, is trying to maintain modernity. Mineral water is one of the main advantages. There is a children's camp on the territory. Someone says badly, I do not believe. I myself saw how the children cried, parting, did not want to leave. From them comes a healthy energy and life. What flower beds... do not take your eyes off. I liked everything: both the price and the service

I rested at the hotel in 2016. I’m not happy with the beds smell of piss and even pillows. If such a contingent is treated there with urinary incontinence, cover the mattresses with cellophane, you can see that the resting person breathes hard and doesn’t sit at home. Now I don’t know how to eat, but they have for breakfast, diabetics go pasta with cutlets, but 2 breakfast they give porridge, how do you like it? as a result, when I came to rest, I broke my stomach and left with an exacerbation of gastritis.

I was in a sanatorium for the May holidays under the RDT program. And for complete "happiness" I bought additional ozone injections and injections. Lyuba in the treatment room is a person of mood. I got it just when it was bad. As a result, after chipping one zone, I realized that a person not only does not do it right, not subcutaneously but intramuscularly, but also tries to make it more painful.

But this is half the trouble. After the injections, the bruises were huge and she still managed to pierce a vein. Arriving in Moscow, I have been on treatment for 3 weeks now, a blood clot has formed in a vein the size of a quail egg. The vascular surgeon at the 1st City Hospital said that for the rest of my life I would not give injections in this arm. These are the consequences that can be, bypass the strict treatment room!

I rested with my family (husband, daughter 6 years old) in March 2010. I went there on the Mineral Cleansing program. I took the Antistress program to my husband. Well, what will they offer my daughter. In general, everything is not bad, but there are small nuances. You need to arrive early. We did not know this, and no one told us about it during registration.

In general, everything is not bad, but there are small nuances. You need to arrive early. We did not know this, and no one told us about it during registration. That is, after 5 hours of driving, we rushed to the medical building without unloading things from the car. Since all procedures are only until 15.00 hours and you need to have time to go through everything. Lest the first day be lost. The doctor, after examining us, sent us to the coordinator Nadia. I must say, the coordinator is a very important person there. It depends on him how convenient and comfortable your rest-treatment will be. So the coordinator Nadia leafed through her magazine and began to shove us through the available empty windows in time. I didn't like it right away. The procedures all went one after another and in a completely chaotic manner. And magneto therapy and sauna, and swimming pool, and massage, all in a bunch. In general, after running through the procedures before lunch, we had lunch and finally got to our room. The rooms are all very clean (I went to others). Our suite impressed me in general, a semicircular bath, bidet, clothes dryer. Civilization!! ! Large double bed in one room, and a huge sofa bed and armchairs in another. The spacious bathroom can be accessed both from the hallway and from the bedroom. TV, kettle, all sorts of cups, spoons, a knife....A bunch of useful stuff. But! We saw it only in the evening, because. crawled to the room and immediately disconnected.
So recommendation number 1 is to arrive earlier, settle down calmly, go to the doctor, sit with the coordinator and think about the order and time of the procedures, and start treatment from the next day.
Another not very pleasant moment is that you live in one building, eat and be treated in another, baths in the third, a swimming pool in the fourth, a pump room with mineral water in the fifth. In the summer, this is probably nothing, but in the cold it was not very convenient for us to run steamed after a hot mineral bath. Tired of constant undressing and dressing. Especially with a child. And grandparents (who are the main contingent) generally suffered a lot from this.
And from the pluses of the sanatorium are useful procedures and staff. Very friendly, attentive and tactful. True, the coordinator let us down a little in this sense, although it seems to me that it is she who should possess, first of all, these qualities. The girls patiently waited for us, did not scold us for being late. If there was no one, they took us to the procedures and at the wrong time.
So by the third day of our stay, we entered the schedule, corrected the time of the procedures and life improved. But all the same, before lunch, we briskly ran between offices and buildings.
The food offered there is very different. If you eat according to the standard program, you will fill up. I had a cleansing program, so I only fed vegetables. A little hungry, but that's what I wanted. There is also a sparing diet. I don’t know what is there, but I think that from what is offered, you can pick up something. In general, the feeling that you ended up in an ordinary Soviet canteen, only the food is of better quality and more varied.
I recommend this resort to people who want to cleanse the body. It's better to travel with two. The procedures are all very helpful. The air is just fabulous. Pines around!!!! ! Quiet corner. People who are accustomed to comfort and a buffet, and who are also thirsty for entertainment, are better off choosing something else.

I would like to note especially hydrocolonotherapy, they do the procedure amazingly, and Charcot's shower! These two procedures are as good as in this sanatorium, probably nowhere else! thanks a lot! !
