The bathroom has all the necessary accessories, hair dryer, slippers. There were no robes. But we didn't need to. The cleaning of the room is good, our maid changed the sheets every 3 days and cleaned very clean every time. No tips. Very smiling, pleasant woman.

There is an a la carte restaurant with international cuisine. Everything is very tasty. We were, we liked it. In the bar on the pier there is a snack bar restaurant, we never tried anything, but there were always people there, Turkish cakes are baked there, and delicious Viennese waffles and ice cream by the children's pool.

The rooms are decent, nothing pretentious, it is noticeable that a good fresh renovation. For some, only 10 channels on TV became a disadvantage. We took this only as an incentive to rest more. After all, he is enough at home. Very impressive animation. Evenings were fun, constantly participated in various competitions, played mafia. Animator Ariana is really a master of her craft, just a smart girl. We will definitely come back here again.

Our family has been planning a vacation at the Pine Grove Hotel for a long time. We have a large family, four adults and two children (5 and 2 years old). Upon arrival at the hotel, the children were presented with toys of two squirrels, which made them incredibly happy. The hotel rooms, although small, are very, very comfortable. Room service is good, towels are changed on time and cleaned too. The food at the hotel is just excellent, a big thank you to the chef. Food can be enjoyed by both adults and children. There is baby food, ie. curds and cereals. We have already grown up, but still took cottage cheese for the evening. Animation in the hotel - the highest class! Such smarties! The performance for children in the evening is always different and interesting. My children were delighted, they danced, sang and always participated. We, adults, could not even persuade them to go for a walk on the sea. The evening children's performance was like a sacred event for them, not to be missed. And my daughter just fell in love with the animators Dasha Kudryash and Ariana. Swimming from the pier, although a specific thing, we liked it, especially adults. I can’t say that the water is super clean, but having visited another Gelendzhik beach, I can honestly say that it is much cleaner than there. Yes, the entrance to the water for children is not equipped, but we solved the problem by purchasing special slippers. Moreover, you need to walk less than a meter, and then there is a large stone, along which my children easily went deeper into the water and felt great on it. It's great that you can drink and eat by the sea. It helped a lot when my children and I went to the sea for a long time. The hotel staff is responsive.
