When asked why we did not have enough breakfast, the manager replied that we should come earlier.... The hotel has a set lunch, its price is 1000 rubles, here is the lunch menu: 1 day dumplings or dumplings from packs, 2 days buckwheat mixed with pork, 3 days pasta with chicken pieces, and this despite the fact that we were promised an exquisite menu by phone . The food is frankly tasteless. It was boring and dreary all the time in the hotel, so we went to Gelendzhik every day for entertainment. Everything in this hotel is very expensive, but you will not know this until you use some service, and all because there are no prices for food, drinks or services and they are not written anywhere. When we left we were given a huge bill, we began to study it and it turned out that a quarter of this bill we did not eat or drink. The last two days were overshadowed by proceedings with managers named Maria and Rostislav, who claimed that we ate and drank it all. We had to pay for the fact that we did not eat or drink, but in fact we were simply deceived and cheated. Even in the advertisement of the hotel, Wi-Fi is declared throughout the hotel, but it is not available in the rooms and even mobile phones do not work well. My husband and I could not swim in the pool, because the water was cold, dogs still swim there (they allow animals in the hotel) and ill-mannered children of hotel employees. As a result, we paid a price much higher for a vacation on the Black Sea coast of Russia than for a vacation in a luxury hotel on the Cote d'Azur during our May holidays. And this despite the fact that the service in the Sea Club hotel is of very low quality, and the staff is rude to the hotel customers! Our advice is this: do not want to spend your money on a bad vacation in a bad hotel, do not rest in the Sea Club in Divnomorsk, look for other options!

Despite the declared water heating in the pool, no one heated it even in cold weather, the hydromassage mechanisms in the pool were also turned off. There is no entertainment for children! Prices at the hotel are very high: a glass of juice 400r, a glass of milk 400r, a glass of pinot grigio 800r, a glass of house wine 450r. The hotel does not have a price list, they do not give invoices for signature, which is why guests had huge amounts in their bills for using a bar or dining room. All customers swore at the reception when they left, when they received their bills, every day there were scandals about the fact that people were charged too much on their bills or that the rooms were not cleaned! Personally, we were credited with 27 other people's dinners for 27 thousand rubles. Mess and confusion all over. I would like to make a separate point about Maria Viktorovna Kamshechko, who appears to be the manager of this hotel and who actually ruined our vacation. The rudeness, arrogance and behavior of this person is indescribable! The fact that she deceived us with a discount seems to be nonsense, compared to how boorishly she behaves as guests and even allows herself to threaten customers. After I complained that the buffet at the hotel left much to be desired, Kamshechko began to shout at me that if I didn’t like this kind of breakfast, then I would be evicted from here right away, but first I had to give her everything that my two-year-old child ate here. I have never experienced such customer service in any hotel in the world. . After such rudeness, I wrote a review on the Internet about the "Sea Club", and literally a few hours later Kamshechko called me and, using foul language, began to threaten me that if I write even a word, then they will kick me and my child out of the hotel tomorrow. Then Kamshechko gave instructions to the cook that my child should not be fed anymore, and the nanny I hired at the hotel, she insistently and threateningly demanded that she no longer work with my child. In general, she began work on surviving me with a child from the hotel, for which I paid a lot of money. . and this is instead of improving the service) (I would like to add that if it weren’t for a small child and if I managed to change Aeroflot tickets for an earlier flight, my foot would not be in this place on the same day) So, after Kamshechko’s hard work on survival us from the hotel, we still found a good place to move and have a normal rest and moved. BUT! Even after we moved to another hotel, Maria Kamshechko, an employee of the Sea Club, did not leave us alone. She called a taxi and tried to trick us into finding out which hotel we had moved to. . She threatened the nanny demanding to give the address of the hotel where we are with the child. She promised to pull off three skins from me and destroy me. In general, I have never had such an unforgettable "vacation" anywhere and never, and I have traveled almost the whole world. As it turned out later, in Moscow, Kamshechko had serious problems with the law: criminal cases were initiated against her under the article "fraud", and bailiffs initiated enforcement proceedings for numerous non-repayment of loans and credits. There is a lot of negative information about Kamshechko on the network from deceived people and former partners. It is very strange and dangerous that a person with such a reputation runs a hotel. Therefore, if you want to have a good rest and get quality services and good service for your money, I highly recommend to bypass and go around this place. While Maria Viktorovna Kamshechko is working there, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, your vacation will be hopelessly ruined!
