We rested in many places on our coast, but this was the first time we encountered such open rudeness. Upon arrival, a large hall is striking with a large number of workers at the reception, porters and dirty tiles on the floor, although the furniture is new.
After full payment of the reservation and entering the territory, you will be greeted by dust, the sounds of a grinder and workers from Central Asia in dirty work clothes. Their views will accompany you throughout the rest (photo is attached), however, as well as the sounds of a perforator from 8 am to 10 pm.
All the fun began on the third day of vacation. A watch was stolen from the room. After the discovery of the loss, they immediately reported to the reception, but there were no actions for 12 hours. Everyone smiles sweetly and pretends that nothing happened. After that, it was customary to write an application addressed to the head (I am attaching a photo), but after that there were no actions, only grins, not silly excuses, and accusations that there were actually no hours and I came up with it all.

After calling the police, writing a statement and carrying out the necessary procedures by the police officers (I express my deep gratitude and respect to the police officers, they are the only people who work and respect the vacationers in all of Gelendzhik), the staff of the 4-star Alean Family Resort & SPA Biarritz hotel continued to pretend that nothing happened.
On the last day of rest, a call came from the police, they told me that the watch was found, I went to the reception and asked where my watch was, and the guest relations officer pretended not to know that the watch was found. The police were called and the clock was handed over.
At the same time, the head of the former Pine Grove handed over the clock with the words - Rejoice that you were found.
I got the impression that the head of this "institution" condones theft, rudeness, indifference and disrespect.
