After checking in, the first two days of impressions about the hotel were pretty good - the room was well cleaned and the breakfasts seemed satisfying, but on the third day we didn’t think so. They stopped cleaning the room, and the monotonous breakfast was terribly tired. Breakfast consisted of sausages and porridge, and if by our arrival there was still porridge at the bottom of the pan, then there were no more sausages. When asked why we did not have enough breakfast, the manager replied that we should come earlier.... The hotel has a set lunch, its price is 1000 rubles, here is the lunch menu: 1 day dumplings or dumplings from packs, 2 days buckwheat mixed with pork, 3 days pasta with chicken pieces, and this despite the fact that we were promised an exquisite menu by phone . The food is frankly tasteless. It was boring and dreary all the time in the hotel, so we went to Gelendzhik every day for entertainment. Everything in this hotel is very expensive, but you will not know this until you use some service, and all because there are no prices for food, drinks or services and they are not written anywhere. When we left we were given a huge bill, we began to study it and it turned out that a quarter of this bill we did not eat or drink. The last two days were overshadowed by proceedings with managers named Maria and Rostislav, who claimed that we ate and drank it all. We had to pay for the fact that we did not eat or drink, but in fact we were simply deceived and cheated. Even in the advertisement of the hotel, Wi-Fi is declared throughout the hotel, but it is not available in the rooms and even mobile phones do not work well. My husband and I could not swim in the pool, because the water was cold, dogs still swim there (they allow animals in the hotel) and ill-mannered children of hotel employees. As a result, we paid a price much higher for a vacation on the Black Sea coast of Russia than for a vacation in a luxury hotel on the Cote d'Azur during our May holidays.
