On the Internet one thing, but in fact quite another! Let's start with the "cleanliness" of the rooms: the rooms are dirty, full of mold, dampness and insects. Bed linen is a disaster! Rotten, dirty, and terribly stinks of an admixture of cheap detergent, dampness and mold. The kitchen is terrible. There are practically no water-based soups, vegetables, meat and other things, one "Bouillon".

The kitchen is terrible. There are practically no water-based soups, vegetables, meat and other things, one "Bouillon". Always undersalted or oversalted food. Porridge dry, cheap. The cook walks around with a disgruntled face, as if we all owe her.
The pool is the worst. Green, full of frogs and mud.
There are no animators at all!
The director, assistant director and administrator are terrible and rude people. For requests, comments, etc. react with aggression.

Thank you for a great stay in your corner of paradise! It was so hard to decide in an unfamiliar place, since we were in Krinitsa for the first time! By self-selection, we determined the place closest to the sea and went to your hotel and immediately realized that this was what we were looking for. Special thanks to the organizers of children's leisure Artem and Pasha!! ! So love your job and rally around yourself all the most diverse children, both in age and in character - you need to be able to do this, the guys have a great future, they have become the idols of my child, we wish them good luck!
