I had read the negative reviews before going and was expecting the worst. Upon my return, I can say the following: firstly, they don’t look a gift horse in the mouth, secondly, whoever wants to find flaws will find them, and thirdly, we still rested and this place has undeniable advantages for sure. Though I probably won't go there at my own expense : ) And so "+": 1.

What they call a lake is a dirty pond with frogs, ducks and a swan. The rooms are all old with holes in the walls and floor, with mold, most of the rooms have a shower on the street or on the floor for several rooms. To the sea, go 20 minutes there from the mountain and 30-40 back up the mountain. My two children and I (twins, daughter and son, 6 years old) went on vacation with free social services. trip for 14 days. We were met at the Alfa boarding house as dear guests, it was very pleasant.
