Ужасный санаторий Terrible sanatorium

We rested with my family on a commercial tour from April 25.2016 to May 10.2016, building 2 junior suite. First impression: the worst resort I've ever seen. For treatment: the appointment of procedures does not correspond to the list indicated on the official website of the sanatorium for a commercial voucher, the number of procedures for 16 days was not even 8 pieces. Certain procedures need to be actually begged for. But in the received extract it is indicated that 8 procedures were released. The ward nurse constantly confuses the procedures, they didn’t even look at the printout of the schedule, they had to constantly remind about coupons for mineral baths and mud therapy (they were released in the water and the mud bath in the park), the attitude towards vacationers is boorish, you almost have to swear at her. In principle, there is enough diet food, but the attitude of the staff is generally disgusting, we constantly had to wait for food to be brought, our table was always served last and we actually had to choose from the leftovers that the waitress had on the cart. Room cleaning is of course at the highest level, towels are changed every two days, and cleaning is carried out daily. The general conclusion is that I will never go to this sanatorium again, for this money it is better to relax and be treated at sea.
