Rafting on Chusovaya
The cold has come, and I look at the pictures from the rafting and remember with nostalgia the wonderful days spent in the summer.
My friends and I decided to relax in nature, namely to go rafting down the Chusovaya river for 3 days and 2 nights from July 15-17.2016.
We googled and found the organizer "Active-Ural" (by the way, we also looked at the reviews). Everything arranged - the price is 5000 rubles. per person - All inclusive package. We made a request on their website, they answered us within 5 minutes, which we liked very much. After they made a payment for the reservation of 4000 rubles. for four.
And now the long-awaited day has come - July 15.2016! We were picked up in Yekaterinburg from the hotel near the railway station at exactly 9 o'clock, we reached Sloboda (this is the starting point of the rafting) quickly (1.5-2 hours), on the shore we were already met with tea and pies, the organizer Yan and the instructor. The catamarans were already ready, and this made us very happy. We drank tea / coffee, quickly passed the briefing, divided into groups, into 3 catamarans and hit the road!
We had a cheerful team, there were people from Yekaterinburg (like us), from Moscow, Tyumen and even a family from Germany, there were 18 of us in total. Our instructors were also very cool Sergey and Alexander. Of course, much depends on the instructors in this type of recreation, and we were lucky again! We were fed deliciously (the instructors prepared), while the variety of the menu and the professional approach of the instructors to their work pleased us, in general they helped us in everything and chopped firewood and lit a fire, and helped us set up tents, and in the evening they also made a BANYA - it's a miracle pleasure, steam up in the bathhouse and swim in the river - SUPER! Thanks to our instructors Sergey and Alexander - they are the best!! !
In general, we rested like in a fairy tale: the weather was wonderful, beautiful nature, the Chusovaya River, rocks, forest... In the afternoon, while rafting along the Chusovaya, we made stops and climbed rocks - on excursions, we learned a lot of interesting things from the instructors about our native land, about the Chusovaya River, and in the evening after dinner they sang songs with a guitar, played games "Guess the melody", etc.
All the equipment that was provided to us (tents, sleeping bags, foams) was in good condition, we generally got everything new, although the organizer warned us to take sheets or liners in the sleeping bag because they are second-hand.
Three days of rafting on the Chusovaya flew by unnoticed when we arrived in Staroutkinsk (the end point of the route), a bus was already waiting for us, it was a little sad that everything was over, but the next year we decided to meet again and continue the route along the Chusovaya, downstream, and of course with Active Ural!
