In the morning I wrote a claim asking for a refund for this sleepless night. The girls at the reception contacted the head of the hotel - Groo Anfisa Alexandrovna, but she did not consider it necessary to somehow resolve the situation. The staff is great, the management is not. I don’t advise the hotel - if there were a network, such problems would be solved simply - either by calling the police to calm the guests, or by compensating those who suffered because of them, without sleep until 5 in the morning.
I left them an official complaint, an entry in the complaint book - nothing.
