The hotel is just awful, it's scary to be in it. The walls are dirty, cracked, the staff is not responsive, the showers in the rooms are terrible, etc. One plus is delicious cuisine, good guys at the bar. The hotel prices do not match the quality. Just awful!!!!! ! You guys are not 4 stars, but only 2. My letter to the official representation has already been sent.

I recommend this hotel to everyone! Probably the best in Chelyabinsk! The rooms are very comfortable, delicious cuisine, impeccable service! No worse than Intercontinental 5*!

In the summer, the cases were brought to Chelyabinsk. I stopped at the Holiday Inn and did not regret it. Great place for business travelers, believe me. Conference hall, spacious rooms, restaurant. Most of all I liked the service: you know how there are delays, procrastination, a clear check-out time.

Most of all I liked the service: you know how there are delays, procrastination, a clear check-out time. But here it’s not like that, everything is on time, coffee breaks with hot coffee and late check-out are not a problem here if you warn. Friendly staff.
