The hotel is just awful, it's scary to be in it. The walls are dirty, cracked, the staff is not responsive, the showers in the rooms are terrible, etc. One plus is delicious cuisine, good guys at the bar. The hotel prices do not match the quality. Just awful!!!!! ! You guys are not 4 stars, but only 2. My letter to the official representation has already been sent. I'm waiting for their response.
