Good day! I'm going in June on a bus tour from Kyiv to St. Petersburg, I'm going there with the whole group, back on my own train. They tell me that in this case I have to pay an additional 800 UAH, so how will the tour agency be fined for this amount?!!!! Hmmm... not quite sure why? If I have a return ticket, the tour is paid, why should I pay 800 UAH more .... explain, who knows, please)
