My friends, a family of 3 from Slovakia, came to St. Petersburg and stayed at the Romanovs' guest house. A cordial welcome, care and attention of the staff, cleanliness, delicious and varied breakfasts - all this was all throughout the week. But trouble happened: the son became ill at night... The duty officer immediately called an ambulance and the young man was hospitalized in the hospital at Bucharest house 114. The boy and his mother spent a whole week, which they were supposed to be already in Moscow. Thanks to the sensitive attitude of employees of all ranks of the House of Romanov, my friends were free from problems with the renewal of the reservation (in July 2016 there was an unprecedented influx of tourists and there were no free rooms), they were treated with care, humanity and understanding. Unfortunately, in our difficult life, this is rare. On behalf of the Steininger family and on my own behalf, I thank all the employees of the Romanov House, who helped and did not remain indifferent to the situation that our guests found themselves in with minimal knowledge of the language and geography of our city.
