So, let's begin. I would like to talk about the dining room right away. Personally, the food suited me, standard Russian cuisine, no frills, I am not a hedonist. But many of the other vacationers expressed their dissatisfaction with the quality and type of food. At the time of my stay at the hotel, there were 1200 guests, which is a lot for a dining room that served breakfast, lunch and dinner. Cutlery and plates were constantly running out, we had to wait for the waiters to bring new ones. And when they were brought, people were forced to stand in line for them. There are also three coffee machines in the dining room, the coffee mugs next to them also constantly ended and you had to wait for new ones, as well as stand in line for coffee. Pancakes were prepared for lunch and dinner in the dining room, prepared by one girl, one for all. There was always a queue for these pancakes. Want pancakes? Wait in line for 15 minutes, darling.
Obviously, the dining room is too small and needs to be expanded, namely, to open new canteens for each building in order to avoid all these inconveniences, there are 3 buildings in total. I would like to highlight the watermelon separately. It was brought only for lunch and in the first 30-40 minutes it was all taken apart and in general it was tasteless. The hotel administration, if desired, could spend money and improve the quality of the dining room, but apparently they do not want to do this.
Next, we have Wi-Fi in the room. Wi-Fi was declared on the site, but it worked only on the ground floor at the reception and on the street, in fact it was not in the room. Obviously, there are some cheap, weak routers that do not cope with their task.
The next item is the shower in the room, namely the shower cabin. 2/3 of the wall of the shower cabin was closed with a glass partition, and the remaining 1/3 remained open and did not close in any way, because of which, constantly when taking a shower, water was poured into the bathroom, and the entire floor was wet. And no, this is not our negligence, other guests had the same problem.
From alcohol there was wine, beer, vodka. As I found out on the last day, Czech beer was poured in the snack bar of the hotel, and baltika troika was poured in the snack bar by the pool. After a few glasses of Baltika, I didn’t feel well, before that I didn’t experience such problems because of beer.
There were a huge number of children in the hotel, for me personally it was a minus, but it’s rather my fault that I didn’t prepare and didn’t find out in advance. The next minus follows from this.
The hotel's website advertised a games room with billiards, table tennis and air hockey. In the game room there is one table from these "entertainments", and you will not be able to play it because of the large number of children who constantly occupy them.
Separately, I would like to highlight the PS4, declared on the hotel website. In fact, she was not there, when we asked about her, we were told: "The children broke it. " Everything. Although it is listed on the site : ).
There is no free alcohol in the snack bar on the beach, only paid. Although this is the same alcohol as in the hotel, you just have to pay money for it.
The rooms have thin walls, we were constantly awakened by neighbors with a small child at 7 in the morning, and other neighbors could hear the TV from behind the wall, which also interfered. By the way, there were only 20 channels on the TV, although maybe I'm spoiled.
The entire staff was unfriendly, as if we owed them something or had done something wrong to them. I perfectly understand the human factor and that people get tired, but not from morning to evening. To set up a safe in the room, you had to call the reception and wait for the jeweler (a specially trained person) to come and make the damned safe. At the same time, you could wait all day, but in the end no one came.
Summing up, I would like to say that if desired, most of the minuses could be corrected, but no one wants to do this. The hotel clearly does not deserve 4 stars, maximum 2. For this money you can go to another better place, which I advise you to do.
I lived in the hotel all day (! ) from May 11 to May 12.2019.
I came to it by car, and I must say right away that parking is paid, 200 rubles per day. It is not located next to the hotel. Only the disabled and employees put on the one next to it. I'm lucky I'm disabled
Location:
The very center of the city. Opposite the shopping center, where there is everything, including the "Magnet".
Two minutes walk to the park "Jungle", where there are all possible roundabouts.
The central beach of Anapa is a 10-minute leisurely walk on foot.
Rooms: the rooms are very comfortable, with a kettle in the room, a mini-fridge. Comfortable amount of cabinets and shelves. Purely. Soft and cozy bed. Nice balcony with table and chairs. There is also a handy dryer.
Animation was seen only for children, children actively participated in it.
There are three pools on the territory: two very warm (adult and children), one without heating. The adult pools are deep.
Food: everything is clean, varied, tasty. There is a choice of both meat and non-meat dishes. I (a vegetarian) enjoyed eating cabbage with pickled apples, salads, and other dishes. There is a coffee machine that makes delicious coffee beans. And even natural cappuccino (! ). For breakfast, a large (for breakfast) choice of ready-made dishes.
I filmed everything in detail on the camera and will upload it on our channel.
There is even cotton candy, which I make at the snack bar. Popcorn. From alcohol we tried wine and beer. Usually delicious.
Downstairs there is a disco and karaoke.
In the yard, after children's animation, they turn on music for those who want to dance (a good dance selection).
In general, I can say - not a single unpleasant emotion. Good family hotel. And it will be convenient for young people. Recomend for everybody)))
I forgot! Wi-Fi throughout the territory has a good signal.
Sunmarine Resort Hotel does not correspond to the declared 4 stars, but somewhere around 2 or 3 stars.
1. The territory of the hotel is very small, on which there are 3 buildings almost close to each other (11-storey, 5-storey and 3-storey).
2. The room is average, cleaning with change of linen is irregular and of poor quality, linen is darned.
3. Constant noise in the room (even with a closed balcony), which comes from the street from a transformer box located in the middle of the hotel.
4. Noise from the renovation, which was the floor above our room, while no one reacted to our complaints.
5. The food in the dining room is disgusting, we have never eaten worse than this in our entire lives. From what you could eat and drink is coffee from the coffee machine and dairy products for breakfast. There was no meat (veal, pork, chicken) and fish, instead some offal with boiled pasta, rice, dumplings and other obscure substances. The staff in the dining room, this is a different story, all the aunts who checked the cards of the guests at the entrance to the dining room, all with faces twisted with anger, it seems that all the vacationers came to eat at their personal home.
6. The beach was ONE KILOMETER from the hotel and it took 25 minutes to walk to it. A hotel was being built next to the beach, so the noise was constant.
7. The sea was dirty from algae, which was regularly brought to the shore, where it looked and smelled like manure. This algae, as we later learned from the media, feeds on the shit that the city pours into the sea and has been doing this for a long time. Also the sea was cold, which we did not expect at the beginning of July.
Thus, with the disgusting quality of service, they took the money, as in a decent hotel.
There are two pools, one large for adults, the second for two heated compartments (for children and adults) Although the weather was not hot, while the sun was shining, the children swam with pleasure! they refused... saying that the time of the event was over... Well, we continued to entertain ourselves... , the animators watched us with interest (it seems that there was no suitable event on the schedule). a board game, everything went well, even the animators had fun... ))) Maybe May is not the season for this hotel... the little and adult children said boring things. The teacher friendly and gladly accepted the children (two of 5 years old), the children were very satisfied, they went on the day of departure!! ! I thank the teacher!!!
After taking a shower, the towel was stained (with hair dye... It happens to women....) According to the recommendation on the wall (stikir), leave the towel on the floor, if you want it to be replaced... The towel lay on the floor for a day... disposable bath accessories were not reported in both rooms... On the day of departure, I was billed 700 rubles for a dirty towel ???? , I called the senior for resettlement, wetted the towel with water and, in the absence of detergents, rubbed it with soap... the paint came off. . . The hotel employee removed the claim... But the mood on the day of departure was completely spoiled... !! ! they still didn’t count one disposable shoe shovel (fell down or the children dragged them) they were ready to pay... , ooh they forgave the generosity... but they even took out the brain beforehand and wrote out an act... Parking is paid. (very small for 1000 people)
Impressions remained vague... Positioning itself as a year-round hotel for family holidays, marketers apparently do not finalize... There are very few guests... (they said up to 30 people) For all-inclusive, it is very economical. I described it as it is, draw conclusions . .
Pros:
1. Your own beach with sun loungers and sunshades.
2. Room with daily cleaning.
3. Meals 3 meals a day buffet with children's menu
4. Three pools.
5. Embankment and center 10 minutes walk.
Minuses:
1. Small area
2. To the beach 900 m. Walk 15 minutes.
