From my own experience, I recommend catering at the Illiada Hotel - Mira 221a - its own cuisine and not high prices, for three they gave from 450 to 600 rubles. I also advise shish kebab on Mira - opposite the volleyball club, I don’t remember the name, they start cooking at 5 pm.
The sea is in Vityazevo: the beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is very different, if you enter (on the LOKovsky beach) opposite the lifeguards, it will immediately be deep, if you move to the right edge, then the child is 1.5 m. growth reaches buoys.
Depending on the strength of the wind, small green algae were either only near the shore, or stood up to the buoys. Clear sea was 1 day.
