We lived in Ruslan at 10 Tolstoy from August 11 to August 19.13. Booked back in May, prepaid. In order: transfer secured; upon arrival, it turned out that the room did not match the description: the bathroom was on the landing, and not in the room ...although this was the selection criterion ....Instead of separate promised four beds in the room there was a double, a small type of children's bed and a beat-up washed-out sofa ....Lyudmila (the hostess) tried for a long time to convince that this misunderstanding was the fruit of my imagination, exactly until I showed her the printouts of our correspondence ..... pretending to be awkward, we were given a discount of one hundred rubles a day ....After such a meeting, honestly, there was only one desire, to leave and find a new home ....But at five in the morning (we arrived by an early train so as not to waste the day)…. At the peak of the season… with a small child it would be crazy…. I had to stay.
