We were looking for a hotel in Vityazevo for a long time, the obligatory conditions were a room with a balcony, our own territory, a swimming pool, food, our own beach and proximity to the sea. We paid attention to the Niko boarding house, as it met all our requirements. 7 building, junior suite for 2, the wish was that the room would not overlook the pool, but on the other calm side, they assured me that it would be so. Well, we arrived in June 2016, we drove into the room and it was the first disappointment, since it went out just to the pool, another of the minuses was that the junior suite did not have an elementary set of hygiene products - shampoo, gel, there was only a bar of soap and that's it... , to my question about this, the maid , rounding her eyes, she said that you have a junior suite, what did you want. I don’t know, but for a room of 5800 per day for two, this seems unacceptable to me. And there is still no safe, for me, this is also a minus. I was also simply struck by the absence of a telephone connection with the administrator in the room - this does not fit into any gates. The territory is very large, in order to solve some issue it was necessary to go to the administrator through the entire boarding house, although in other boarding houses you could just pick up the phone. I think that it is impossible to save on this, but if you need to urgently call an ambulance, if you feel bad, how will you run to the administrator?
The administrator at the reception did not have a badge, I don’t know her name - fair-haired with black regrown roots - she was unfriendly, with her whole appearance she made it clear that there were many of you here, and I was alone. But she is the first person to whom vacationers get, so to speak, the face of the boarding house.
The room itself is large, beautiful, with a huge balcony, on which there is a clothes dryer and a table with chairs. There is a set of dishes, a kettle, which is very convenient, the cleaning is good. In general, I liked the room. on the other side, as it was planned earlier, they immediately made concessions to us and gave it, which is a plus. there were always some contests, discos, we were without a child, but I think if he was with us, he certainly wouldn’t be bored, but only a store about 15 minutes from the boarding house and you need to go along the road with cobblestones where cars drive. And so the territory itself is simply gorgeous. The pool is luxurious, huge, there are as many as 3 of them, always clean, you don’t even feel the people, there were always enough sunbeds for everyone, the pool is a plus. so it will come down in a couple of weeks, only then something began to repeat itself, I could no longer look at buckwheat, and more I was surprised that when the people began to increase, there were not enough tea cups in the dining room - this is a minus, if you count on such a number of vacationers, then if you please, put the same number of cups. For lunch, soup, meat, or fish, they also give a glass of wine. They also gave apples, pears and bananas. In general, everything is tolerable, but in the end we are already tired of canteen food, for food a solid 4. The beach and the sea are 2 minutes away, it is very convenient, you leave the room, there is already a path to the beach, among the dunes. The beach is good, your own canopy and sun loungers - you give the guest card, take the sun lounger, but it's not very convenient to carry the cards everywhere with you, now if there were bracelets, then it's generally great. The beach itself is not crowded, clean, in general for the beach and proximity to the sea 5 plus. In general, we really liked the rest, I want to return to Niko again, would I recommend this place to friends? Definitely yes.
