The accommodation contract was concluded in the spring, they made an advance payment for two days, transferred to the account of Alexander, who is allegedly the director of this hotel. We were going to come in the summer, in the season, with a disabled child, to the dolphinarium. Due to certain circumstances, they could not go during the season and the contract was renegotiated for October 19. Prepayment was made at the rate of 900 rubles per room. Alexander, in correspondence, assured us that in October, the room will cost less. We were going to be placed in building 2. We arrived in our car on October 19 at four o'clock in the morning. We were met by a woman. She settled us in building 1 in a two-room suite with a kitchen, one room was closed. They explained to us that we were given a one-room suite with a kitchen and the price was therefore increased to 1000 rubles. We, tired from the road, spent three days in a car with a disabled child in our arms, did not argue, and we liked the room. Despite the fact that we made an advance payment for two days, we were forced to run to the ATM at 4 am, withdraw money to pay immediately for the entire stay, 11200 + 1800 prepayments - 13 days. After that, they left us alone. The next time, we saw this person only a week later, when she brought us bed linen to replace. Even when the gas was turned off for almost a day, not one of the owners came and asked how and what we feed a disabled child without even being able to warm up the food! They just didn't care! We spent the whole day asking for help in the nearest stores, where we were allowed to heat food for the child in the microwave and were given boiling water. The hostess of the hotel appeared only on October 30 in the evening and we were surprised to learn that our paid days end on 31 at 12 noon! When they began to understand, they told us in an ultimatum form that our day began at 12 noon on October 18 !! ! They impudently demanded another 1000 rubles from us for an additional day, knowing that we want to leave on the 31st at night! Terrible experience!! ! People initially mislead and deceive. The goal is to get as much money as possible from you!
