My husband and I sat thinking for a long time, and decided to buy a coupon for this promotion. July 13 bought a coupon and booked a place on August 2. Not once called back to the company, they were interested. We were told that everything is fine, the places are booked. The problems began even before the departure, when the husband was called to work. I had to travel alone with two small children. I did not want to deprive the children of the long-awaited vacation at sea. On July 31, they called the partner company Onur, they said that our vouchers were sent to the information desk of the boarding house. Without buying a train ticket, I had to take the bus (the bus went to the KUBAN rock festival). Due to the fact that the festival began on August 1, we had to go earlier. After 8 hours of travel, the air conditioner died near the bus, and there were no air vents there and we had to go in stuffiness (imagine what it was like for the children, and they are only 2 and 4 years old). At the same time, the three of us rode in 2 seats. We were fortunately refunded 30% for the inconvenience of transportation, but it was HELL for me and, most importantly, small children! Upon arrival, we stopped in Taman for two days to rebook. On August 1, a call came from the travel agency Onur, and then I was informed that the company had not transferred the money for our vacation and could not provide us with a service. It was said that our coupons were canceled, and the money will be returned to benefit. ru! Long negotiations with the travel agency Onur did not bring any benefits. The benefit reassured me that there was still one day left, and the Onur travel agency answered me in a boorish manner that nothing would shine for you !! ! At the same time, I was alone with the children in an unfamiliar place, having 5.000 rubles in my pocket, and return tickets for August 12. In connection with such a “GOOD” holiday, my husband was urgently looking for money at home to send to us. As a result, we rested only 5 days! Realizing that I had no more money, I went to change tickets. At the box office they told me that there were no tickets! And I had to negotiate with the conductors to take the children home! (Many thanks to the conductor Valentina!!! ) The rest ended with the three of us on the same shelf of the train with the kids.
As a result: about 300 rubles. spent on negotiations with benefit. ru. And the Onur tour operators did not even apologize, and did not try to understand and help me. I wish the employees of this Onur travel agency to experience the same "PLEASURE" from the rest as we had!!!
