I went to this boarding house from 19.07. 15 to 02.08. 15. We were 2 adults and a 3-year-old child. Upon arrival, we were escorted to the room and told that cleaning was done every 3 days. Change of linen and towels every 5 days. As soon as we entered, a pack of cigarettes was lying on the floor, there was no soap or toilet paper in the toilet, and cigarette butts were lying on the balcony. That is, cleaning before our entry was not done. They just changed the sheets. We turned to the manager, to which he replied that they would immediately send a cleaning lady. But she never came. I had to buy all the products and wash all the plumbing (it looks like the bath and toilet were never washed). The next day, our toilet was leaking. We told the administration about this, so that they would call a plumber. He came only after 2 days. All this time we were struggling with a puddle in the bathroom. After the plumber left, no one came to clean up, although we asked several times. In addition, electricity and water were cut off almost every day. The food in the cafeteria is disgusting! The hotel staff are rude! Starting with the chefs and ending with the administration. The cleaning lady generally stated that she was not obliged to clean our place for 8 thousand rubles a month. The mattress on the baby cot, which was brought to us for an additional fee, was absolutely covered in mold. People soon began to move out of this boarding house, as they could not stand such dirt and disgusting behavior from the staff. The website of fairy 1 says that there is a children's room and a night nanny. This room worked for the first week, but then the woman who was there quit and the room was closed. If you don't want to ruin your vacation, don't choose this resort.
