At the reception they promised the arrival of the supply manager. I've been waiting for him for 2 hours. In response to my claims, they offered me another room, but there was the same devastation: lamps not working (bulbs burned out) and general shabby. The wallpaper is in a terrible state, is there really not enough time to fix the sockets, update cosmetics and so on for a long quarantine? The day is lost.
Yes, when you check into the room, the decanter and the glass will have to be washed by yourself, because it is dirty. That's COVID prevention for you. There is an ashtray full of gobies on the balcony. I did not expect such a boorish attitude towards guests for decent money in general.
After 2 hours of waiting, a man came (without a mask), who called himself the supply manager, looked and left. We have to wait further. Rude and waste of time and money.
