In general, the owners of this "hotel" did not properly respond to all comments so that we could wash the floors, we had to tell the administrator and then sit and wait until the maid was free, and why should I wait when I could spend this time on something more important. Change of towels and linen was also made only with my reminder, because. e. if someone does not say so and will use dirty linen and towels. At the end of our holiday, there was another incident - it turns out they had to leave the room at 8.00, but NOBODY warned about this in advance and for each subsequent hour of stay there is an additional fee. It is the responsibility of the administrator (if she does not know) to tell people in advance about the check-out time, I think this is done on purpose in order to additionally rip people off money. I did not pay anything extra, let them first increase the service, and then they take some fees. I will NEVER recommend this hotel to ANYONE and of course I will not come there myself. The price-quality ratio is 1:1 out of a ten-point scale!!!!! !

There are more rooms, better repairs, windows do not overlook the balcony.
2. The drain in the shower and the shower itself did not work well for us. True, the shower was fixed, but the drain was not.

once and before departure, room cleaning after departure, about feeding (which is included in the room price - PPC)
Of course, I ate this, but only when I was in the army))) The condo was in the room,

Svetlana they need to be refilled sometimes with freon. The TV was also in the room
in theory it is color but for some reason it shows a black and white picture with color noise,
I tried to reconfigure the channels all to no avail (the antenna can be x... and there are few channels,

Wi-Fi is a separate conversation, it catches well outside the door, but not inside the room,

The man returned haggard, thinner and older. It was like being in the Gulag. So, you are not needed in the holy of holies of Sochi, you only need money that the state rolls off for you.
