We rested at the Kiparis Hotel in March with a group of 4 people. We want to thank the administration and the hotel staff for the excellent service! We asked for rooms nearby, they did everything calmly for us, they settled quickly. The rooms are magnificent: clean, comfortable, bright, equipped with everything you need.

The administrator immediately offered us pleasant services: we bought ski passes at the hotel itself, there was a free ski dryer. Our company is large, we were afraid that it would be inconvenient to get there, we would not fit into the car alone. But it turned out that the hotel has a minibus that can accommodate up to 7 people, so we all went together. They got to the resort quickly, despite the busy roads. They also offered us lunch boxes, at first they refused, but after visiting Krasnaya Polyana and seeing the prices in the cafe, they immediately changed their minds. It is much cheaper to take food with you. We arrived at the hotel right in time for dinner, then went to the center for a walk, go to bars or nightclubs. The location of the hotel is very convenient, the center is only 5-10 minutes on foot. Thanks to the administration and the hotel staff for the high level of service, the rest was great. Look forward to visiting us in the summer!

We had breakfast at the Le Grand restaurant. The "buffet" is quite diverse: there were cereals, meat dishes, vegetables, and buns! The morning here is really good. Then they gathered at Krasnaya Polyana. We just met a couple at breakfast, and the four of us decided to buy a transfer: each couple got 700 rubles one way. Arrived quickly and comfortably. Krasnaya Polyana is an indescribably beautiful place! The tracks are great! We rolled enough for the day! In the evening we were picked up again and brought back to the hotel. We ordered only breakfast, so we went to dinner in cafes and restaurants. This is where the location of the hotel came in handy. It is located in the center, so the choice of all kinds of cafes is huge: every day we had dinner in a new one! By the way, the sea is just across the road! Therefore, I know where we will stay in August - of course, in Kiparis!

As a result, upon arrival in this building, we were offered the 3rd and 4th floors, which did not suit us. After long squabbles with the hotel administration, we were settled in the 2nd building on the 1st floor. We tried to contact the Rest Without Borders agency, but it was Sunday and no one answered our calls.... All in all, we would not recommend this company to anyone. Now with regards to Cypress. A huge plus is the location of the complex. The embankment is a three-minute walk, well, the entire infrastructure of the city is nearby. Another indisputable advantage of "Cypress" is a beautiful, well-groomed territory! Everything is very clean, the flower beds are in perfect order, there is a swimming pool, however, without heating, the water in it is cool, it is not comfortable to swim. With regards to the minuses: the standard rooms are small in size, the mattress on the bed was terribly squeezed, the springs dug into the sides. We contacted the administration with a request to replace the mattress, to which we were told that there were no others available. The room does not have a safe, a kettle, a trash can only in the bathroom. The kettle must be rented from the administrator, but there are only two of them for three hotel buildings! There are always not enough towels, they do not respond to requests to bring a set. Bed linen was not changed in a week! Cleaning is a whole different story. Again, the dust was never wiped off! Just vacuum the carpet and wash the floor in the bathroom. In every room there are signs asking to clean the room, among other things, which no one pays attention to either. In general, I would like to wish the hotel owners to improve the quality of service for their customers, so that every year there will be more and more of them! It is a pity that such moments spoil the impression of a generally cozy and worthy resting place, like "Cypress".
